I'm housesitting my mate's house in Boro next week if anyone's tempted for a weekday meet (round table anyone ?)

 

Like Jase I too am busy on the 11th A Meet up would be good fun (Not sure about a weekday meet up As work the next day !)

Im Sure the Knights of the round table can meet up again and have Pizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzaaaa and what ever elce comes along,

(I may have that photographer from GMEX coming on the 19th, but I'm still waiting to hear from him- I can always work around that anyway).

Do we want to go somewhere more central so NE & NW can meet up?

If we're staying local, we've done Boro recently, so perhaps somewhere else?

 

I think we are maybe starting to runout of 'exciting places' (ie ones with Sci Fi shops there) to visit and meet...Id say Durham...but theres not a lot there.

Metropolis in the Metro Centre closed down - so I guess thats out??? But still - we could do a movie at the Metro???

 

Saturday 19th is the Calzaghe-Hopkins fight. I'm not moving from my house

....next Saturday (12th) Paul, Gary, me and Sam are off out for a drink in Durham (Belmont) if anyone fancies coming along? Regular haunt which has a pool table and is usually good for a laugh. I guess we could pick up from Durham train station if any use?

No worries, Jase, the organising isn't all just down to me- you guys are more than welcome to organise stuff yourselves. I wouldn't be able to make pub/pool on 12th, but please just go ahead.

 

Hirrmmmm Most of My Weekends are already Booked up with Walk training and Motorbike events as well as getting ready for some Star Wars filming in Edinburgh more on that another time.

Why not wait until we have the good weather and do a FFUK N camping weekend away somewhere for everyone ?

 

Tbh, I'm not sure of an FF-UK camping trip. Apart from the fact that not all of us have tents (I do, but I only break them out for Festivals), what is there to do on a camping trip? Not much tbh.

Well, there's BBQ's, walking/visiting the local area we'd be camping in and just generally chilling out and enjoying ourselves.

Those of you meeting in Durham tonight, have fun. I would like to have come, but I've got company tonight...next time I'll try and come along.
