My thread in Lit went about a page of who should be banned and it still isn't locked. I'm proud to say that it's now back on topic. I like novels. And Ewoks are canon!

It depends on if you consider the EU novels canon. If so, let's discuss Lt. Kettch, the greatest Ewok of all

 

Yes, no, possibly, maybe, it depends, not according to the movies, LFL says there are, LFL says there isn't, in the EU there is, and so on and so forth.....

To me Star Wars is Star Wars So it's all good. (the previous was in it's author: YoungPadawanLearner's own honest Opinion)

 

I think that too. If it is Star Wars, even the Holiday Special or Junior Jedi Knights, it is all cannon.

The inconsistancies between the films and books are just minor things that should be explained away much like all the differences in the Star Trek series. (For example: Klingons having different foreheads, or how the ship in "Enterprise" is much more high tech looking than the one in the original Star Trek series.)

in general, all books authorized by LFL (I think those are the ones published by Bantam-Spectra or Del Rey) are considered canon.

in other words, Boba Fett did not die at Tatooine.

Yeah, they get a DF. It's part of the Wes Janson Fan Club at the EU Misc. forum. We figured that because of Kettch it was our solemn duty to defend them from all bashers. It's a combination of SirLancelot's Ewok Army and Jedi_Kat's Ewok Preservation Society. I got put in charge because it was my suggestion.
