    Apparently Jared Leto fasted for 20 days in order to lose all the weight he had gained when playing John Lennon’s killer. Or so he claims.

    I have been intermittent fasting but after a spate of colds/bugs I have stopped for now.

    Not sure if I was vulnerable to bugs because of fasting, or the bugs were particularly virulent, but I will give it a go again.

    Also back to the treadmill tonight!
