Not like I haven any way to prove it, but yes.
I was ok until one of my early exes taught me how. From that, I developed my own way of doing it.
Since her, I've had every girl tell me I'm either one of or the best kisser they've kissed. I even had one girl go 'wow' after we got through
All it really takes is picking up on what the girl likes as you go along. Else no amount of starburst wrappers in the world will save you!
But also when a girl considers you a good kisser, you have to take into consideration who she's kissed before you. If all they did was shove their tongue into her mouth and wiggle it around then anyone will seem like an expert compared to that.
You also have to know the experience of the girl. If she doesn't know how to kiss, you have to take the time to guide her. Don't hop into advanced mode if she's still a beginner else you'll seem like the bad one.
All things considered, I'd say I'm a pretty decent one. Not the best of the best, but I leaves me customers satisfied

By the way, anytime I say girl up there, just replace it with guy if that's your kisser of choice.

I know initially I wasn't that great of a kisser. But practice makes perfect, and although I can't swear I am a stupendous kisser, I've never had any negative responses.
