Wow. We have the same must see list. My only addition is some of Brad Pitt's films. Not when he does action stuff, but stuff like Fight Club and 12 Monkeys.

 

12 Monkeys is an awesome, awesome film.

 

Godfather movies & the American Pie movies

 

Fight Club is another movie that I haven't seen that seems like everyone and their mother have seen.

 

Meh, I actually payed attention to the class discussions about it. Just couldn't participate cause I hadn't finished the book. Also had to watch the movie (the one with Robert Redford and Mia Farrow). It's just one of the most boring stories I've ever heard of (after Death Comes for the Archbishop, of course). I couldn't get into it.

Edit: and don't get me started on Nathaniel Hawthorne. I imagine him with one of those monotonous, droning voices that could put even the most astute scholar into a deep slumber.

 

Lord of the Rings. I keep hearing that they're good,but I've never seen them.

 

You're not missing much. I think they're ok, but way overrated.

Cool,that's good to know. I've never been much for midevil stuff anyway. I perfer futeristic movies like Star Wars.

I have not seen..........well alot of movies. I know, I know but you work at a movie store. I can't help but have a life. Movies are over-rated.
