AX2017 Star Wars gathering

I know it's unlikely that anyone will see this, but we have planned a Star Wars cosplay gathering at AnimeExpo2017 on July 1. We are asking to have it from 1:00-1:30 at site 4 at the convention center. I'm Cosplaying as Rey, so far only one other person has confirmed they are going. She is going as Padme. I'll update if there's any new info.

I'd go if it was on the 2nd or 3rd. That's Sun/Mon which are my days off. I live close by too so it wouldn't be all that difficult. But I can't make it if it's on Saturday July 1st.
