Best Vader voice generator

    New here and first post. I have been trooping with a Old Ben costume, but have turn to the dark side and bought a very nice ESB Vader.
    There was no voice generator with this costume, but I want one for optimal show effect when trooping.
    What I am looking for is something that both can make breading sounds and voice distortion in a realistic way. The Hasbro helmet has nice sounds but the voice distortion does not sound good.
    Electronics is not a problem as I am an electronics engineer. A sound board would be the best, but something like an Arduino project is also an option. There should also be automatic switching between breading sounds and voice in a seamless way. Phone apps in probably not an option.
