BOUNTY HUNTER FAN CLUB!!!

Any fav bounty hunters? i've always loved bounty hunters, they're cool. I'm just weird!!!
My fav are Jango, Boba, Zam and IG-88.

I'm a big bounty hunter nut -- I've collected all the action figures and vehicles for any of the hunters from any of the films (including Ep2). Boba Fett is my personal fave, followed by 4-LOM.

I'm a Bounty Hunter convert. I'm trying to read all I can about them. I just can't get enough. I like Jango and Bobba and Zam too.

My faves are The Fetts, Dengar, and Aurra Sing.

 

payback is by far the best, boba comes in a close second.
i personally didnt like jango that much in the movie, he didnt have nearly as much of a presence as boba did in the originals

 

My favs in order are IG-88, Zekk, Zam, Aurra, Zuckuss, 4-LOM, Boushh, Jango, Boba, Dengar.

btw, what do you guys think of the Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy? I heard they weren't very good, so I haven't read them yet.

Can we really call Zekk a bounty hunter? He did it for so short a time and he's not still doing it now is he?

Zekk was a professional bounty hunter for a while. It was his call sign, anyway.

Bossk is really, really annoying. So many people had a chance to kill him, and he's still not even dead! I hope Waru or Lowie kills him eventually.

As for SW, I think Boba Fett is overrated, Jango is a much more interesting charchter IMHO. IG-88 is pretty cool too, look for a cameo of him in EP III, in the Techno Union, or Banking Clan army maybe.

 

I don't think Boba Fett's overrated in the EU, but in the movies he certainly is. I'm so glad that Jango actually uses his Manalorian weapons besides his blasters.

 

i was wondering where i put this thread. i see it's going well. At least i know where it is now!! I haven't read the bounty hunter books, haven't got to them yet (i'm only 13). I loved Zam Wesell and Jango, but you have to admit they were pretty short-lived. Jango had 2 jetpacks!! Ouch (missiles included)!! I hope there is a Zam resurrection, someone said that Zam killed the Jedi Yarrel Poof, interesting...

 

Oh man, don't even mention that. Lot's of us in PSA still have not gotten over the tragedy of The Poofsters death. *sniff*


EDIT: Did anybody else think it was interesting to see a bounty hunter kill a Jedi in AOTC like Jango did with that dinosaur guy? Not only does it give props to Jango, but it shows how some of the Jedi Purge might be handled.
