that's true, but it pains me to see the clones turn on the Jedi & assassinate them when they fought together. They were mate's, comrades...How can you shoot a comrade in the back? That's what I mean [face_peace]

I like Clones, they more than likely saved the Jedi on more than one occasion, just don't know how they could turn like that, even given orders.

I did say "from a Jedi point of view" too ;)

    :p

So when do Clones get to decide what orders to follow & what orders to disobey??

True, not all of them did....

They were hunted down as the traitors they were [face_devil]

MS, if you were raised from birth only to follow orders, nothing else, would you disobey an order?

I would say the clones who disobeyed Order 66 would have spent longer amounts of time with their jedi leader, creating stronger bonds and a larger change in their base personality. While this is unfortunate, it is unavoidable, and there is only one future for such traitorous troopers.;)

P.S- I got myself a 'special' viewing of the movie today.;) I liked it, but it still seemed alot like a 2-hour long episode...

That's because it was a 2 hour long episode of the series.... ;)

Good analytical view of the situation DV... Clones were BRED to follow orders, their Jedi masters demanded it of them as well...

Can't have your cake & eat it too MS. [face_whistling]

Not to mention they were mostly engineered with less-than-normal independent thought, so straying from an order was even less likely.

Yes, that's right....KT LOVES Mando's, not so big on Jedi

Not my favourite author by a long way, but she's popular with quite a few around these parts for obvious reasons ;)

Mando'ade more refers to the language Mandalorians speak, but I used it there to make it sound like an old 50's band (example: Marty McFly and the Starlighters) :p

But yeah, basically, just lots of Mando's, as Traviss absolutely loves them (and is the one who created their language)

My only problem with the Boba/Mando parts in LotF is that there wasnt really enough in the first 4 books (I havent found Sacrifice yet but I have all the other books [face_frustrated]) so to me it feels like they were thrown in to keep Traviss happy and to just be fillers to progress the story. I'm hoping they have a bigger impact later on though.

I did love the scene in Thrackan Sal-Solo's office in Bloodlines though, with Boba, Han and Mirta. They are starting to get soft in their old age :p

    Not enough Mando's ?

    Waaaay to much Mando !!

But, you're right though about KT, her books were pretty much the only ones that were chock filled with Mando stuff. The rest had a bit, but Mando's are her baby.
