So how many of us Londoners are going?

 

I hope to be going, but my parents said we might have something on one of the days. I love CM, the people, the stuff, the whole atmosphere! Hope I can go!

 

Well if it is Saturday we are all meeting up.
Bring the folks.
They can see we are not all freaks.
Well not all the time anyway!

So what will we be doing? I hate shopping in groups 1 persons like:

I work on Saturdays, so I cant go then

But if I really try I'm sure I could go on Sunday

 

I'm THERE! All three days in Costume, I hope
No Star Wars ones, this time, though, unfortunately.
I'm holding them back for Empire Day and StarFest

 

Can someone give me a number so I can text you guys to let you know if I'll make it, mums being well, mum like.

 

If I'm coming, I may come in costume, I may not. I'm not sure: I'm browsing Google for costumes I could pull out of nowhere. May look pretty crappy, but I'm there in it.

Can some one tell me where it is please. I might pop down but I'll have to leave the wife at home cos she's working.

Today was good, replaced a video that my machine ate and got a cool lucas book. Sorry we wernt very talkative, being hungery + Mum + Not realy knowing you guys = meh.

Very nice meeting you, JV and your Mum, and don't worry about not being too talkative. Meeting people for the first time is always difficult and quiet, especially on a hungry stomach.

Sounds Great everyone. I wish up here in Northern New York we had
star wars gatherings like that.
Though with no cities, we would probably end up in a giant corn feild or mountain or something.

Collectormania is a great event, even if there isn't anyone you really want to meet. I guess one good thing about living in a small country/Island is that it's not too difficult to go to conventions where ever they may be.

 

That was your art work? Man that stuff was awesome! I was gonna buy the Yoda or The Jedi left after Order 66/Clone Wars. Do you have any of your stuff on line?

If I'm thinking of the wrong stuff then I'm a total ass.

 

Hi everyone! Yeah, the event was good. It was fairly tiring standing for all those hours on end, but it is indeed a great atmosphere. I purchased myself a Mogwai... The party on Saturday night was good too. Gonna get your photos of that online Matt?

I haven't checked the pictures yet, but when I do I'm sure they will make an appearance. There are some funny ones of you Ant, that's for sure
Actually, I didn't take that many, mostly from the hotel room showing the delightful cityscape that is Milton Keynes, and some from the party.

It's really nice going to conventions and being able to show my work and get some feedback. I think my work is best when viewed in the flesh, so I try and exhibit it when and where I can.
