Collector's TAPCAFE V

Dearest friends !!!

It is our pleasure to welcome you all to the TAP CAFÉ V !!!!

This is our 5th installment of our highly successful Tap Café which originally was started up in October of 2002. Since then we have had many great times together. We have an amazing group of individuals from many chapters and cities all over the FanForce world. As for changes in the Café, we now have a better sitting area and a giant circular wall of glass that dramatically improves the view of the skyline. Patrons will love the huge new spherical lights that now hang from the ceiling which add to the ambience of the café. A huge disco ball is in place for dancing and two massive screens are mounted on the south wall for viewing shows and news from all over the Galaxy. The huge plasma lights reflect images of dancing lightening against the backdrop of the most wanted wall at the back of the Cafe. Photos of unlucky folks grace the wall who have tried to take over the Cafe and serve as a warning to others with evil intentions. Our head of security MASTER FETT is always around to keep an eye out on the CAFE patrons and invasions from the Goblin.

As usual we have the back room where you can play SABACC or any Star Wars card game. The Cafe has been repainted, and the Karaoke machine and stage are set up in the usual spots. The kitchen staff is led by JediJunkie who is also our lead chef. You can order food from around the galaxy and drinks are on the house! As usual, please give our bartender (and bouncer) Jack_T_Chance your drink orders. Our waitress Flo is back once again to take your food orders. May our time together here be happy, May our friendships grow stronger, and may The Force be with you always!!!

My local K-Mart is doing whatever it takes to get rid of their SW inventory. Wal-Mart however still doesn't care. They marked the cantina figures down to $9.96 and they wonder why no one is snapping them up. I did pick up the latest Jedi Quest book and the latest Insider at Wal-Mart yesterday but still no new figures.

Wal-Mart was putting out the new X-Men figures, personally I wasn't impressed. It was mostly Nightcrawler and Wolverine, I did see one Cyclops. Still I don't care about the toys, its the movie on the big screen that I'm hyped about.

Nice new place.

Sorry I wasn't around at all yesterday. Had a lot of personal issues to take care of. But it all turned out good at the end of the day.

 

Let me just reiterate something Mike said. Welcome to the Tapcafe and please feel free to order from our/my fully stocked kitchen.

So Mike, if MJF is the proprietor/owner of the Tapcafe, would you be like the manager? if so, we're in trouble.

Hey, I have a question for you Park Sabers owners. Does Parks Sabers take custom orders? I want a saber with my own design to be made with the light tube he uses, will he work with me to make the saber I want?

Solo I am pretty sure that he does not do custom sabers. Linda or Jack T Chance should be able to confirm this.

Yes, Solo... Jeff Parks takes custom orders. He does a great job.. I have 3 of his sabers so far.
