Welcome gentlebeings to the December New Stories Index for the Beyond the Saga Board:

This Index will be updated daily with new fan fiction stories from this board, and at the end of the month all of these stories will be combined to make a master list, along with fics from both the Beyond the Saga and The Saga Boards.

I will be maintaining this Index. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a Private Message. While I will be locating new stories everyday, you?re welcome to send me the information for your fic via PM.

I hope it's not becoming too redundant, but this setting just fascinates me. I think it's because it truly takes a lot of courage for one person to let their guards down so completely in the presence of another. So here we go again. This time though...it's not a Kyp/Jaina story! I'm branching out into the J/J world, and hope that I captured the character of Jag to some degree. Also, the title comes from a Jack Johnson song. However, the song lyrics themselves don't really fit to this particular fic...just the title! So I just borrowed that bit of it. Feedback is much appreciated!

Title: Star Wars VII: A New Dream

Characters: Allana, Jaina, Jacen, C-3P0, R2-D2, others in single scenes (Corran, Saba, Luke, Tenel Ka, Jag, Ben, more), OCs. Lumiya is a fairly important character though she will be in few scenes.

Summary: Sixteen years after beginning the purges that destroyed the new Jedi Order and set her on the path of power, Empress Lumiya keeps the galaxy in her grip with the threat of her new weapon, the Star Silencer. Together with the man at her right hand, Darth Tagon, she rules with an iron fist... but there are a small group of spirited Rebels who are working hard to bring a new era of hope to the galaxy. "A New Hope" for a new generation, but there will be some changes, and reworked Revenge of the Sith material as well.
Notes: This is an entirely different AU from Sithstrike and The Droid Empress. Most of the Jedi are dead in this story, but three who were Jedi in the NJO and Dark Nest books are still alive. These are Luke, Jaina, and Jacen. Other Jedi appear in flashbacks.
