Welcome to the December New Stories Index for the Beyond the Saga Board!

This Index records each new fan fiction story posted on the Beyond the Saga forum. At the end of the month all the stories are combined to make a master list with the Before the Saga and Saga boards. I'll check for your new stories on a weekly basis, but you can also send me a Private Message with your information

Challenge responses will not be indexed as they are to be included on the Fan Fiction Master Challenge Index Thread located on the Resource board.

To make it easier for me when gathering the story data, please headline your fic with the following information in the first post. Not only does this thread Index your story, but provides you with free advertisement for your fan fiction.

Author's Note: No real FotJ spoilers, this is set very early in Outcast. Some minor spoilers for my novel The People's Armor so anyone following that should probably finish it first.

Title: Dynasty

Timeframe: Starts at 25 ABY, though the AU of this story makes the dates a bit fuzzy.
Notes: This wonderful and ludicrous story spawned in September of 2008, when I first met Flametwister in life. We spent about six hours fangirling and talking about Star Wars, as she was the second EU fan I had met. Somewhere in the course of this night, we began plotting this story. In a blend of random thoughts, "I wonder what would happen if's," what we loved about AU, and incoherent ramblings, the general plot resulted. With her blessing, I wrote it as this year's NaNo project. We couldn't resist the title of a ridiculous soap opera.
This is quite the AU. Much of how it got this way will be explained in the course of the story, though the basic background is that Luke and Leia were raised somewhat as Sith by Vader. The Rebellion has not yet been a threat to the Empire, which is still standing more or less intact. The amount of AU will be explained. Really.
