Entry 1 introducing

Hey, here I am.
Let me introduce myself.

This morning I have been activated after a very long time.
My master is sensing something
I am more than 800 years old
I am silver colored with black grips
I have an elegant emitter shroud
I am half as big as a standard lightsabre
I have Adegan crystals for focussing the beam
When activated my blade is bright green
When activated I become five times as big as when resting
Four parts of me are a beam when activated
My master says we become luminous beings when dead
I am a luminous being when I am alive.
I am Yoda's lightsabre

We are on a cloneship in hyperspace on its way to Geonosis.
I have a bad feeling about this.

 

Entry 2 Geonosis

Yesterday we got into a fight.
My master was assaulted first with flying metal thingy?s
Then the ceiling tried to came down on top of him.
Lightning was absorbed by him
A grey haired, two metre tall, dark clad human was attacking him
Much to learn you still have, my master said
The human said that this fight couldn?t be won through the force but by skills with a lightsabre and.
Swoosh
I was activated
My master is a living whirlpool when fighting.
He jumps and flies through the air, using every ledge and platform.
Two Jedi, a master and a padawan are lying on the ground, one with two big wounds made by a colleague of me and the other missing half an arm.
My master stays clear of them and attacks with great power.
Shisssss, my green blade connects with a red blade.
For some time it was a fight between red and green.
My Green was unmovable
Fought well, you have, my old padawan, my master said
This is just the beginning the human said and he pulled one of the service cranes off balance to crush the two Jedi.
I was de-activated.

WOW - I think this wins for most creative idea!!

It's very interesting reading things from a lightsaber's POV.

Loved it though.

Entry 3
Trainingday
Yesterday I was activated and saw ten little training-lightsabres hold by ten little initiates.
My master was demonstrating how he flipped and jumped through the hangar on Geonosis.
A Jedi with cinnamon colored hair walked in, limping slightly.
It was the Jedi from Geonosis.
?Anakin is still with the senator on Naboo? he said.
My master answered ?His rest he needs, has to get used to new arm.?
So these two Jedi survived the falling service crane.
?No planet missing master Obi-Wan?? my master asked.
Obi-Wan said ?No just came to watch the initiate-training class.?
My master asked ?Help train initiates will you??
Obi-Wan said ?I can help.?
Obi-Wan and my master demonstrated some lightsabre-moves and my green blade clashed with his blue one.
We were set on training-mode and the violent fireworks-display was absent.
The blue one was good.
The blue one was almost held stationary.
Was that due to the limp of his master?
No.
He was showing defensive moves
I was deactivated.

 

How I would have loved to see Obi-Wan and Yoda demonstrating their moves to the younglings.

I'm sure it was quite the sight.

Yesterday I was to tired to update after running the 1/2 marathon of Egmond and so this day two entries

Entry 4
A pot of stew was sitting scraped clean on the table.
My master was showing my activated blade to a group of six people:
Firefighters

He told them:
A lightsabre weapon of a Jedi it is.
Mostly used for defence.
Deflects blasterbolts.
An initiate uses a training-lightsabre
An apprentice makes his first real lightsabre when young he is.
An Adegan crystal and a color crystal he choses.
Go to Ilum with his master he does
Finished by the apprentice in a cave, the lightsabre is.

Erntry 5
My master was greeting the Jedi I had encountered on Geonosis and a few months back in the temple-trainingroom.
Little initiates were watching us
Green blade saluting the blue blade.
Meeting the blue
Jumping
Soresu master meeting Ataru master

Green meeting blue again
Whirling and twirling through the air with my master
Ataru master learning Soresu master new moves
Soresu master stays in the light side of the Force
Ataru master walks the thin line between light and dark
Friendly hissing
Never touching a body
Little faces watching with awe
As we battled
And saluted each other
After
The battle.

 

This is great
Such a neat idea for a diary
I'm looking forward to more

Master Yoda has used me rescuing Luminara Unduli and Bariss Offee from the Ilum caves.

I saw when I was activated

White
Snow

Red bodies
In a row

Hovering droids
Green meeting red bodies
Hovering droids shattered in pieces
Tens of them,
Hundreds of them

Silence
A bluish light
A sacred light
A cave

I know this cave
More than 800 years ago
I was born here.
My green blade aglow.

Master Yoda used me as a focussing device for meditating.

I was activated and held in a vertical position
I saw two masters sitting next to my master

Through a window I could see two Jedi

Master Obi-Wan
Master Aaqu

Master Kaagi started to recite a poem

Don't give up on us, Jedi
Don't let dark destroy the light
The future isn't just one night
It's written in the moonlight
And painted on the stars
We can't change ours

I know we put a last one by
Just for a rainy evening

It's activated again

Entry 8
I remember the last nights and about the second night I can tell you this

This is the second night we sit here.
My master tells Obi-Wan of his initiate-years

Hold on Obi-Wan
Force is elusive
Force will come back to you

My master tells Obi-Wan of his padawan-years.
Of his first day as a padawan of Qui-Gon Jinn.
Of his visit to the cave of Ilum were his first real lightsaber was born.
A blue blade it has, like his eyes.

Luminous beings we are
You and me
My master tells him of that fateful day on Naboo and I see one tear trickling down his cheek

Hold on Obi-Wan
For a few more days
Anakin looking for a cure he is.

Yes, this Obi-Wan must survive as he is the hope for the future.


Days later I was again activated:

Obi-Wan is awake

He is recovering

My master and Obi-Wan are sitting on a bed meditating.

I am held as a focussing device.

I see a pale thin man.

His eyes are shining

Bright cerulean blue.

His hair is dull and wet from sweat

Ginger colored.

He must have gone through a great ordeal.

He had lost the Force

Now he is shining again

With the Force

Wonderful!

 

That was lovely.

It's too bad Obi-Wan was so sick but I loved Yoda and Anakin being there for him.

Snap Hiss I was activated

Saluting my blue colleague

Obi-Wan was holding him

Yoda was holding me

We were fighting again blue against green

I flew through the air with my master

We landed on a pillar

My opponent came next

?How did you manage to get ALL the way up there?? Obi-Wan asked.

Yoda said ?Using the force like you did. Size matters not.?

Down we went and clashed again.

Both decided to end it

We saluted each other.

Obi-Wan was fully recovered

All his friends were watching

The initiates

The Jedi

The civilians

He thanked everybody

It was a great celebration

 

I'm gald to see Obi-Wan up and around.

His sparring match with Yoda was a great way to celebrate his recovery.

Snap hiss I was activated

I saw a wreck
I saw six men
Firefighters

They were practising
With a big cutting tool

My master asked if he could participate
The Chief agreed

My blade cut through the wreck

A door
Another door
The roof
The pieces went flying
A large heap of wreckage was forming

The victims were sitting
No movement detectable
They were
Untouched
By my blade

Five pair of eyes watching this
This is ?Cool?

One familiar person
Had seen me fight before
But has never seen me used like this

Six beings yelling with approval
Eager to have me as a tool of rescue

I'm glad to see Yoda's lightsaber being used for more than fighting and sparring
