Lit Did Luke's "new canon" Jedi allow healthy attachments, marriage, family, children, etc.?

No. They should have operated like the Jedi order in the prequels

 

There is this misconception of the Jedi Order during the prequels. That they dont have healthy relationship and attachment.

 

It's a difficult question for me to ponder, because my personal values don't line up with the cultural/religious values of the Jedi.

That being said, I agree with the sentiment that the word "attachment" is a nuanced one with many possible meanings, and that you can have healthy relationships without being ruled by them.
