Experience:

James Weston grew up in a ranching family in eastern Oregon. Life was good for a long while as he learned the tools of the trade and business boomed.

One day, after their usual Sunday fishing trip, James’ father informed him that he had managed the family finances poorly, having lost a great deal of money in the 2008 recession, and had to sell the property. This was to pay off back taxes owed to the Internal Revenue Service. The family had 30 days to come up with the money before the government would step in and seize the property.

30 days passed. The money never materialized. The government stepped in took possession.

James, in shock, packed up his belongings and tearfully left the family property never to return. He cut off all communication with his father, disgraced over how his father had ruined the family financially, and set out on his own. He’s been doing odd jobs here and there for the last decade or so before heading out to Wyoming where ranching still had a future. It’s only been recently that he has decided to try his hand once more at ranching and all that it entails....

Any other details Mr. Landry should know:
