I wonder how accurate this is, considering porn is available anywhere. Also, I wonder what "many American soldiers" equals in actual numbers. 10? 50? 100?

 

Actually, mutilating corpses and posing with them for some sick pleasure IS what America's about, you know "life, liberty, pursuit of happiness". We're all about hypocrisy in this country. They're over there forgotten by the people that they are fighting for. It's cozy here, we have no idea what they are dealing with on a daily basis. Isolated, thrown into a war they may or may not agree with after a quick brainwashing and reconditioning, here's a gun go shoot somebody. What did we expect? Remember Vietnam, shellshocked men who left as boys and came back all sorts of **** up?

Yes I think we should support our troops no matter what. If you were forced to go to Iraq tomorrow, I think you would agree. Because the fact of the matter is sickos like the people who took those pictures are soldiers, but they are also teachers, mail carriers, and that wierd guy who lives two doors down from all of us(or maybe it's you).

I stand by my assumption that something smells fishy about this.

Although, while some people are fond of trying to beat down the Americans, I'd like to point out that the UN peacekeepers have been guilty of numerous heinous crimes the past few years, including torture and raping underage girls.

Sure, if this is true, it's gross and disgusting, but I'd hesitate to say it's worse than raping underage girls.

 

It's not that big of a tragedy considering what they terrorists have done to us, I don't feel sorry for them or their families. Those prisoners are all scum bags anyway who don't deserve to live, the terrorist ones anyway. Should they stop? Yeah most likely they should. Do the terrorists deserve it? Yes they do.

 

Oh, I'm sure they got what they deserved, but repeatedly shooting an already dead body then trading the pictures for porn access doesn't quite follow a pattern of justice. Hell, it doesn't even qualify as vengeful rage- it's just sick, period. If you avenged your Brother's death, chances are you wouldn't feel like smiling and taking pictures afterwards. So a lot of the retaliation talk is pretty weak. It's retaliation and survival to a point, then it gets sickening.

But anyway, I was trying to shut this topic down before I went away but I couldn't find the close topic featture. Oh well, there is still discussion on it so, have at it.

if those soldiers are caught.. they'll be but****ed under UCMJ, and theyll deserve it.

Keep in mind, theres been stories about stuf like that before that turned out to be fake.
