Gank's seems to have been given a new look in Lords of Nal Hutta. What do people think of it?

 

Is that supposed to be a human with with a generic mask or an alien with a generic mask (which in that case beats the purpose of the whole design of the alien imo). I like the old mask/helmet design better. At least it hints that there is a non-human under it. With the new one there can be anything (pretty much human like though) under the mask.

 

Ditto, the original version is a hundred times better!

Are there any Chiss Force-Sensitives?

 

The Mystic Agent prestige class from WotC's Ultimate Alien Anthology was illustrated with a chiss, there have also been at least one chiss jedi (ignoring all chiss in TOR)

 

Wonderful then Thimen isn't alone.

 

I don't know if they have any native Force-tradition but it is possible that the mystic agent that was used to illustrate the mystic agent class belong to a tradition that’s native to chiss space.

Personally I think a Telepath tradition or something like the Matukai would fit the chiss

Yeah just seems to have a different helmet then the old Gank, which also had varying helmets.

Essentially Sev'rance Tann was a force sensitive Chiss who Dooku had picked up in the Unknown Regions and served as General during the early days of the Clone Wars.

They have no honour given that they keep rebelling against their legitimate Hutt overlords.

 

I noticed that the new sith order club are having interesting discussions and theories which seems very cool, so would people here be interested in having discussions like that or anything else about EU aliens?

Cushy, about that Chiss Jedi: yes, there is one, a Padawan in the Clone Wars era, but the name eludes me at the moment...

Pretty sure they can deal with it, after all we also manage 3 days without water, though some humans with extreme training also can make it up to 10.

 

I think he is more of an Van Cleef then Eastwood, and that outfit could be made to keep him moisture from escaping.

Favorite species is certainly Togruta for me, just because I'm a huge Shaak Ti fan.
Another species that hasn't been identified was that of Tiplee and Tiplar seen in The Clone Wars.
