European (especially your country's) bands you like

Well Im in the U.K so I would hve to say babyshambles,Franz Ferdinand there are so many up and coming bands over here too many to mention....

I like rock and old school metal. There isn't a better place for all that than Europe. My fav bands:

P.A.S.I. (Croatian punk band)

Hladno pivo (Croatian rock band)

i like a lot of britsh bands, stereophonics , franz ferdinand, oasis , keane , coldplay starsailor, kasabian...and the pet shop boys... depeche mode , erausre, travis.etc

 

I like Oasis.

 

I like Nightwish and CMX, which are both from Finland

 

Pepijn - have you eve heard of Feeding the Fire from Kerkrade in Holland? They are an old school hardcore band and a big time favourite of mine...

It's a rock/punk band(at least I think they are to be put under that category).They rock,one of the best groups Croatia has besides TBF(The Beat Fleet).

 

Hladno Pivo are pretty cool, yes. Not really my thing, but one of the better Croatian bands.

 

As a British born,Canadian....who was translanted to Germany and now living in switzerland....
a few of my fav bands are:

Norway's -Zeromancer
Finland's -69 Eyes
Germany's Rammstein and OOmph

 

Rammstein totaly pwn, especially their videos. One of my favourites is Sonne video.

does it? i've been german all my life and i'd always translate it as 'part'

 

Well, part and tool can be considered to mean the same thing in English

 

i guess i'm much too naive, but it's also true for german

 

From Portugal I like Silence 4 (they're extinct) and Antonio Variações is kinda cool (he's dead).
From Germany, my father's land, Rammstein and Guano Apes.
From the UK, Radiohead and Muse are in my Top 3. I like a lot of others, like Pink Floyd, U2, Queen, Beatles, Blur, Oasis, etc...
