Hi guys... I really wanted to go to this (and had been planning on it), but unfortunately I came down with the flu earlier this week. I'm feeling better than I was (thanks in part to better cold medicine!), but unfortunately I'm still going to have to pass. If I go out and make a late night of it, I'll end up getting worse, rather than better.

That was fun! Had a great time. Too bad I didn't take more pictures, although there were some moments that I couldn't take pictures, but if I had, I couldn't post them publicly!

It wasn't that big of a deal, I don't want the kick-out to be blown out of proportion. Someone had a few too many drinks, and the minute one of his drinks accidentally spilled on the dance floor they booted him I guess they were keeping an eye on how much he was drinking, but he was never causing trouble. There was a poster in the back room of the club, explaining that the state was trying to take away the club's liquor licenses... so they are being extremely careful there now.

guess you get the boot for "improper dancing". Oh well. Had a blast.

 

No no no... all wrong. You get booted for a brawl that took out half the crowd and ended with a small fire and 27 people getting sent to the ICU.

It was rather a stupid reason really but they were covering themselves first and foremost. An accidental drink spillage may lead to someone slipping leading to other kind of legal ramifications etc. No big.

While eating pizza last saturday night, I remember talking about what we wished to see in ROTJ revisited, and I mentioned I wished he would fix this scene, and I found a GIF of it so you all could see.

 

Um, I think this belongs more in the "Revisited" thread, Tom.

 

I was wondering which thread to put it in, but I brought up the whole conversation during this event, and also, we dont have a "ROTJ revisited" thread, But if the moderators decide to move it, I won't mind.

 

We've had it for a few years.

 

Hahaha phantom kicks... Anyway, firstly: yes this should go on the Revisited thread... However, the thread is ESB Revisited NOT ROTJ Revisited... When that time comes I swear I'll start that thread myself. However, we haven't even touch ROTJ yet (and yes I say WE because I'm all over that too. ). One movie at a time folks.

Now, if you guys want to compile a list and send it to me via PM or FB or whatev... then I will insure that Adywan gets it. Furthermore, if you want cred for it lemme know and we'll see what we can do. Credit for random errors and minor fixes is closed as far as I know for ESB:R but it couldn't hurt to ask although I know some of you don't care about credit so that's cool too. For now though, ESB:R is the primary target.
