facebook is pretty awesome

Those sites are scary.

 

I do not like zombie application on facebook. I keep getting invites. I do not want to be a zombie.

In general though, I agree it is awesome.

 

You know, I have one and I've had it for awhile but I keep on meaning to delete it cuz I just don't use it. I mean, I can get in contact with all the people I want to get in contact with between this place, LJ, and MySpace . . . So it doesn't seem like there's a point to adding more things/places I suck at keeping up with.

I created a Facebook account to stalk people I knew in high school, but then I realized it wasn't very easy to stalk.

 

My friends made me a facebook because I refused to make one and they made it really really really bad so I had to make my own to protect my identity.

 

My mouse keeps beating your panda. LOL.

I very much disagree about Facebook being targeted towards grown-ups. I wish I could stop using that site, but there are too many people I know who are on it. It's useful to keep adding people I meet or people I knew at some point in the past so I can keep in touch with them. I do have myspace, but I find it more obnoxious, plus I hate that everyone makes up stupid names for themselves on there. How am I supposed to even know who my Myspace friends are if they put up a new joke name and photo every two days?

 

About 100 miles ought to do that I think

 

100 miles is never a reason to lose contact with someone you want to keep in contact with

Actually, I got Facebook before I ever got a Myspace. I still prefer Facebook to Myspace, too. I'm able to connect with a lot more people and it helps with networking at my school.

 

At least I don't get ten zombies vs. vampires vs. werewolves vs. pirates invites per day on Myspace.

 

The zombies/vampires app is annoying. I've annoyed every darn request a friend has sent.

But I've become addicted to Facebook as well...much better than MySpace.

 

I like to annoy requests too.

Woops, I "ignore" the requests. That is what happens when I post b/f morning coffee.

 

I do prefer facebook over Myspace. At least I dont get those stupid bulletin quizzes that people like to send out nearly every day on myspace.

 

Yeah, people really only use MySpace Bulletins for 40 million quizzes. Then, you see a bulletin that looks important, and WHOOPS, it was a trick to make you read ANOTHER quiz.
