FF:SA Farewell to Goddess Lunch -24th Nov - Caffe Primo Plympton.

Should be at the pageant. Mum has said okay to me going but i'll prolly have to catch a bus in there.

 

table/s booked for 12.30pm lunch Caffe Primo Plympton 15-20 people, so if you still want to add your name to the list it'd be fine up to 20. Should be a fantastic day with the pageant in the morning & a wind down lunch with best friends in the arvo, can't wait

 

We have a bbq that arvo. I'd rather go to lunch then the bbq, but not sure if it's going to work like that because our friends who are having the bbq have a little bub, so the timing of the lunch may be problematic.

Still wondering why Primo (which is fine) when there's finer grub across the road *shrug*

 

Slightly more expensive, but it's really, really nice

For example, my dad's fiance (who always complains about food) didn't have anything bad to say about the place when we went.

We'll have to organise a lunch or dinner there sometime, it's great.

Anyways, even though I'm fine with Primo, in this instance chances are we can't make it anyway

 

just having returned from a drive along the semaphore rd, went and showed Goddess our fav Cafe Primo and our beach for the SAFF beach days, we had a lovely meal at above mentioned cafe and meal was very good.

More than happy to be coming along for a meal there.

 

Primo is akin to The Colnel... it's just the SAFF standard.


Personally, the way I see it - The boss has gotten off his backside & organised a nice lunch at a place where we all know the food is good & at a reasonable price.
We could try across the road, pay a little more & possibly not enjoy the meal - who's to say ? Anyway, the point is that Dave has organised this shindig at a place of his choosing. I didn't call for a vote on very many of my decisions as CR. I'll respect his decision.

Just that the Cafe Primo pizza burns my *** for a couple of days afterwards...

 

Thanks Mate, I'm sure we will have a great lunch & the good thing about Primo is that they do $9.90 meals up to the more expensive ones, so it will appeal to more people's budget. & like you said, we know we'll have a good time there.

Yeah i told my Uncle about 2:30ish but that i'd let him know if it was later or earlier.

He was okay about that so i should be alright for getting a lift home.

 

THANKYOU GODDESS for coming to our fair shores & spending time with us. I'm sure I speak for the whole of SAFF when I say "it has been an absolute pleasure spending time with you & getting to know you in person"

We all hope that you have a safe trip home & we look forward to you coming back & seeing us again. If you miss SAFF when you're home, you're only a touch of the keyboard away from friends.

When you do come back be safe in the knowledge you'll have a ready made SAFF family waiting for you
