EU - Expanded Universe (all of the books)
JA - The Jedi Apprentice books about Obi-Wan's youth before TPM
pre-TPM - takes place before the movies
AU - alternate universe
OC - original (author-originated) characters
GFFA - Galaxy Far, Far Away
H/C - hurt/comfort
vignette - a one-post story, especially a single scene
humor - lots of silliness
angst - anguish, torment, fear, anxiety
crossover or x-over - mixing Star Wars with another movie, tv series or book
round robin or RR - multi-author story inviting more people to join in (also called an add-on)
song fic - a story based on the lyrics of a song

Title: Just a Cake

Notes: This was written for the February Obi-Wan/Siri Challenge. The only rules were that either Obi-Wan or Siri had to give the other a valentine, and a heart-shaped cake had to be involved somehow. I'm not very good at writing mush, but I gave it my best shot anyway. Plus, I'm writing this late at night, so there are probably typos and other mistakes all over the place. If you see any, feel free to PM me and I'll fix them in the morning.

Timeframe: Mandalorian Wars, in the months after Cathar was destroyed.
Genre: Action, Techno Fiction, Dialogue.
Characters: Revan, Malak, OC's: Ambrus Sandor Domiksa, Marcane "the Doc" Asterimou, Moric "Mo" Sanyi, Crucifixias "Crux" Dominus, Rtke "Rat", Tivadaer "T", various Agamarrian militia.
Keywords: Cathar, Revan, Mandalorian Wars
Summary: The following is a chronicle of Revan's arrival at the Outer Rim, his networking with local militia, his initial tumultuous relationship with the occupying Republic Military, his defiance against Republic leadership, as well as in depth descriptions of his brilliant military tactics.
Notes: The story is essentially set up as a KOTOR 3, the prequel to 1 and 2. It will follow familiar themes of the gameplay and character development.

Notes: Before you read, you should know that I wrote this originally as an English paper; I was instructed to write a short story based on one or more of the themes from Shakespeare's Macbeth. As you know, that play features prominently ambition and it's oft tragic consequences. Due to it having to be a certain length, this story does not elaborate as much as I would have liked it to.

Summary:
Jedi Master Calys Rivers and her Padawan, Alexia, get sent on a seemingly ordinary investigation, but nothing is ever as it seems - especially since Calys has her own reasons for taking the assignment in the first place.
Notes:
- In this particular setting Jedi are allowed to marry, and Jedi children are not uncommon.
- Calys and Alexia Rivers are both characters from the Dark History: Tears of the Force RPG, and this story takes place just before the events in the game start. That said, you shouldn't need to know anything about the game to follow it - in fact it might work out better if you don't, because that way you won't know how it ends.
