Cool. Does anybody have confirmation of Hammerheads, Nebulons, or - heaven forbid - Gallofrees firing?

None that I can see, but here is another cool shot showing the Profundity firing from that visibly turret on the upper hull AND a CR90 firing from it's upper turret at the same time:

"Ahsoka Tano's Corvette" from Gathering Forces has yet another paintjob:

    http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Ahsoka_Tano's_corvette
    http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net...Fulcrum.png/revision/latest?cb=20141217021145

which leaves me wondering how many corvettes in this show have different paintjobs and appear repeatedly.

The Liberator appears in Fire Across The Galaxy, and Stealth Strike, gets codenamed Phoenix Home, and is the only CR90 to survive Zero Hour, at least. Wookieepedia suggests it got an "distinguishing paintjob"

    http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Liberator_(CR90_corvette)

but I'm pretty sure it had the same paintjob in Fire Across the Galaxy - more blue than any of the others, no red.

Transport One, which is only cited as appearing in Wings of the Master, looks rather like Ahsoka's - much less blue than any of the others. Maybe it is that one - with her having only used it temporarily for Gathering Forces?

    Well, we've seen the following:
    1. Standard red markings
    2. All blue markings
    3. Blue markings with touches of red around the docking port
    4. No markings
Speaking of markings, I was re-watching the jump scene from RO and noticed that the Hammerhead that escapes has blue markings, which we haven't seen in Rebels before.

    1: Red: Tantive IV
2: All blue, lots of it: Liberator
3: Blue with touches of red (and a white triangle on the "hammer")- A-wing-themed corvette:

    http://www.starwars.com/tv-shows/star-wars-rebels/fire-across-the-galaxy-trivia-gallery

4: No markings - which episode?
5: Blue markings but much less of them - stripes along sides, rings on either end of "hammer" - Ahsoka's, & possibly Transport One.

After a bit of searching - I've found that the "Ahsoka's corvette" paint job reappears in The Forgotten Droid - some time after Wings of the Master - so Transport One might not be the same ship after all:

    http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net...leet_2.jpeg/revision/latest?cb=20160323150541

maybe it's the generic paint job for Phoenix Squadron corvettes?

Also - I think "A-wing themed corvette" might actually have appeared in Rogue One:

as might have the Liberator - the blue markings on the hammer of the corvette underneath the Profundity in your above image, seem to match up.

To my eye, the shot of the Rebel Fleet assembling over Dantooine showed a few corvettes that lack apparent markings:

Note that none of the Neb-B's in this episode have markings either.

Yeah, both this one and the Liberator are present at Scarif. However, only the Liberator survived the battle of Attolon, meaning that the A-wing-themed one is likely another generic paint job.

Then again, there are multiples of all 3 color schemes in Zero Hour and Secret Cargo, so for all we know all of them are just generic CR90 paint jobs.

Fair enough - maybe they only get paintjobs when whatever group owns them, cares to make them stand out - with new corvettes being unmarked.
Like Phoenix Squadron's blue A-wings - several with same markings, lead ship with different markings?

The Alliance seems to favor blues & reds, with yellow being the third major color. Of course, in general the Alliance prefers to adorn their ships with markings. It's a nice visual counterpoint to the starkness of Imperial warships, which are grays & whites.

Bail's Tantive III is blue-marked, his Tantive IV is red-marked - and he has A-wings which he aided Ahsoka with in the Ahsoka novel as I recall. Maybe all the blue-and-red A-Wings (and corvettes) come from him, and the green A-Wings come from somebody else?

Just several with the same markings. Not even the Liberator is unique, there are at least two of them at the battle of Attolon.

Fair enough - so we can't be 100% certain that the Liberator itself was at Scarif, if the Rebels were in possession of multiple Liberator-patterned corvettes and some weren't at Atollon (unless the novel specifically names it).

We can't even be sure that it was the Liberator herself in Fire Across The Galaxy.

Something curious about the Ultimate Star Wars reference book from 2015, the picture of the Nebulon B entry looks like a lower-res first-draft version of the "off-model" CGI model used for Rogue One (as opposed to the studio model). Makes sense that they would have it on hand though as they were producing the movie.

    That looks mirrored.

The one above Phoenix Home in that shot, when I watched it on big-screen TV, pausing at the right moments, definitely had faint blue markings. The one underneath Home One is too far away to tell - but with four corvettes already and more appearing, some are likely to be either unmarked, or duplicate-marked.

I couldn't tell what the paintjobs were on corvettes, other than the three at the front of the fleet, in Secret Cargo.

I'm curious to see what ships are part of the fleet protecting Mon Mothma's Rebel command base at Dantooine. I'm assuming that this fleet is the one that Admiral Raddus began assembling pre-RO. More standardized training, grouping ships that complement each others respective strengths/weaknesses, and turning the ragtag into battle ready.

We basically know that by RO there are exceptionally few Mon Cala cruisers ready for combat. At this point, the only confirmed ones are Home One and the Profundity. The RO Visual Guide states that Raddus isn't typically when the High Command, so I'm assuming that he spends a lot of his pre-RO days at Telaris assembling the fleet and overseeing the retrofitting of city ships and exploration vessels into battle ready Star Cruisers. In the case of Ackbar, my assumption is that he is probably second-in-command at this point, or potentially commanding the ships that protect the High Command and Base One. Basically, you'd have Raddus building up a fighting fleet, while Ackbar defends the Rebel Council.

I spent an hour poring over those screenshots just to find proof of additional weapons batteries on the Nebulon B because I have absolutely no life whatsoever, but I found the pixels.

Well, we've got the following for Neb-B's:
    • Primary turbolaser in the lower main hull
    • Primary laser in the lower main hull
    • Turret on the top of the main hull
    • Turrets on either side of the upper main hull
    • Turrets on either side of the rear hull

I don't trust those prow turbolasers just yet, those could be anything. Hell, half the pods on the ventral mast's "reef" could be weapons of some sort or another, along with all those little tubes on the bow of the main hull.
What I have seen that are verifiable armament:
ILM studio model - one turret on top of the fore hull, one rear-facing turret on the back of the ventral mast, one turret on top of the aft hull
Rogue One model - two dual turrets on the side of the fore hull, one dual turret on the underside of the joint of the spinal pylon and the aft hull
Rebels model - triple turret on top of the fore hull
This is of course incomplete but it's everything I have definitely seen that is unmistakably a weapon. For example, that little M41 Walker Bulldog turret on top of that small aft mast could be a weapon, but I can't really say that it is for sure or that it's just another interesting little greeble.

EDIT: You're probably right on that very bottom cannon, but I don't trust that locomotive rail lookin thing that always gets captioned as a laser.

The bottom little prong there is taken from a tank machine gun or naval AA gun I believe, but that little agglomeration above it sticks straight out of that pod instead of being mounted beneat it.

And there's the deflector tower with it's repurposed M41 Walker Bulldog tank turret up top.

yeah I've never really understood the point of the GR-75's in battle besides acting as bullet shields... I know in the old canon complete locations book I have that some Gr-75's were armed with 4 point defense laser canons but most rebels did not add or got rid of them to use them totally as transports. At Hoth, and in Rebels they're used effectively as transports of well needed supplies. But I see no point in bringing so many into battle at Endor and Scariff when all they do is fly around practically being shooting targets for the empire. Unless the rebels use them as kamikazes as stated before or they need supply ships in every battle...

They likely have some point-defense or anti-fighter cannons somewhere. And either way, I imagine they would be pretty useful as support ships. I can definitely see them going around picking up escape pods as ships go down. Plus, at both Endor and Scariff it was basically an all or nothing battle. Why not bring everything you can? Even if they were just moving targets for the Empire, they'd still be acting as shields for the more offensive ships.

While I understand that Endor and Scarif are all or nothing battles, to me it seems smarter and more tactically sound to save them for the next time the Rebels need to evacuate and/or invade a planet. I think that outweighs the rather minor tactical advantage they'd get using them as human shields (especially since if the Empire's smart they'll focus on the armed ships as a bigger threat anyways).

And personally, I would find it a bit morally and tactically questionable if during a ground battle a Rebel commander announced "Alright, we don't have enough guns for everyone, so all you soldiers who weren't issued guns, I want you to run around waving your arms and screaming so the Empire shoots you instead of one of the guys with guns", so I have to question the space equivalent.

Anyway, even in Legends it was stated that the rebels often modified GR-75s to have "four twin turreted laser cannons". And as far as I know it hasn't been stated in the New Canon that they're unarmed. So why don't we just assume from now on that they DO have weapons? It makes sense that Rebel engineers would want a bit more protection. It justifies their presence at Scarif and Endor far better than the old "they're suicide ships, even though we've never seen one of them used that way" excuse. Really, is there a story reason why the GR-75's NEED to be unarmed, other than "it makes the Empire look more evil when they destroy them"?
