Anyone else get "Out of sync" errors all the time?

Since I'm on a Mac it might be different but I too am getting errors in the form of system crashes every other time I try to start a new game.

 

How do you name units, i know it has something to do with triggers and crap but im not even sure how to use them. (I stick to playing the campiagns more than editing) . So would anyone be kind enough to answer, thanks

 

You can't, unless you use a hex editor to change them in language.dll

 

Oh, I wasnt sure cause I played online and the guy had people like the "answer of questions" and another had a one sith named Malak so, oh well. Thanks.

I am not sure if this is the right place, but I have a problem with GB: CC.

Before a pc crash this game worked fine, I could do everything and loved playing the Republic mission with Echuu. Recently I reinstalled the game (after i lost everything in a pc crash), but I cannot select the Republic missions anymore..In the screen (next to the Confederacy) I can get the text when I put my mouse over it, but it doesnt light up and cannot be clicked on to go to the mission select screen. I have got the latest update and tried re-installing many times, but it doesnt work anymore. Anybody got an idea on how to get it working?

 

Nah they probably had modpacks or something, but ill check to make sure

I can't get the Republic missions to work. I never ever installed a Mod pack (for this game).

 

Not sure, the same thing happened to me on the light side campaign, i restored my computer and it still didnt work, later it just let me, Not sure why though?

 

I guess you can change a name with triggers and scripting. I haven't seen it done on any maps I've downloaded. Maybe its really hard or doesn't work that well.

A: The Clone Campaigns expansion pack features two new campaigns. One for the Confederacy and one for the Republic, each consisting of seven linked scenarios. Chronologically, the events of the Confederacy campaign lead to the events of the Republic campaign. As such, you must complete the campaigns in sequence. The Republic campaign will remain locked until you have finished all the missions in the Confederacy campaign. NOTE: This information is also available starting on page 6 of the game manual.

I used to play this game awhile back and it was quite fun with cheats and such.

Only...I can't remember them.

Can anyone direct me towards some cheats for GBG?

 

Didn't someone have problems playing/connecting with firewalls and routers and stuff? What did you do?

Flare is a genius fixer. I think my friend's probl;em was just that he's in a dorm, and needs to get them to fix things. Hopefully he'll be set to play tomorrow.

 

I still need cheats.
