Yeah, I enjoyed the first season of Prodigy.

 

So, it sounds like Prodigy has produced and is finishing off its second series but it still gets axed?

 

Go old school '00s and put the new season on the official Star Trek website!

Well, on the plus side the series is still up on Crave in Canada. I should probably get around to watching it soon. Hopefully CBS is able to land it at a new home soon so the second season can be released.

 

It's on Crave until July 24th.

All the Trek shows are leaving July 31st as well on Crave just checked, still on Netflix Canada (pre Discovery). They were on Paramount Plus too for a few months but already gone

 

Jfc. At least the classic series are still on Netflix here, but I really did not want to get Paramount+ again for the new stuff. I hated using that service when I was in the States, and I actually like Crave for the most part.

 

I'm subbed to Paramount Plus via Amazon Prime so I don't have to deal with their app. But if Picard and Discovery are leaving they are probably going there which is weird because Crave/Ctv-Scifi is currently showing Strange New Worlds. Paramount Plus can be weird, they went from all 13 Star Trek movies to 4 (Kelvin timeline and Wrath of Khan)

Definitely have to rewatch some Prodigy before it goes because there'll be no way to see it. I was thinking if s2 gets picked up it would be on Crave/Ctv-scifi but apparently not! Episodes 1-10 are available on Blu-ray from Amazon Canada but that's it

 

Getting really tired of these tax write offs. I hope they start biting these studios in the rear.

 

I don't think this one is a tax write-off, unless I'm entirely mistaken. If it was, I expect it would be buried for good, but CBS Studios is shopping Prodigy to other platforms.
