Yeah, there were a few scenes, like that one, that were cut out that I really wanted to see.

Yeah it really was a shame we didnt get more Mcgonagall. Especialy since ootp was the only book where she really had much prescence.

Yeah, I know they filmed that scene because it was one of the first scenes that we got spy pictures on. Never made it to film but deleted scenes are always a possibility.

Well according to this, it's not part of the deleted scenes.

It annoys me that cool scenes (like the McGonagall scene) aren't included in the DVD, but a scene like "Trelawney Eating" is.

Now if it were "Trelawney eating Puking Pastilles", that would be something else!

Well now it sounds like this is the cover, and the DVD release is December 11th

I think its legit because they also had bluray and hd covers with the same art.

I hate the artwork. Where's Neville, Luna and ginny and the MOM background.

This is coming out on HD-DVD / DVD COMBO format.

I hope they do this with the first four as well. If that's the case, I will be replacing all of my DVD-only copies.

I wish they would do this with all of the HD-DVD releases; especially, the big releases like Transformers which was only released on HD-DVD and DVD separately.

At this stage in the game, I feel like I may not be waisting money if I buy the combo discs.

The deleted scenes are so far the only extras I've watched on the DVD...and I wasn't too impressed with them. I heard a lot more of the duels in the Department of Mysteries was filmed, but none to be seen here. The Trelawney eating scene was entirely useless and completely unfunny, so I'm not surprised it was cut.
