Also announced is the first of the repaints of the Phase II CT helmet: The Ahsoka Loyalist (332nd). I'll post pics when I find better shots.

What do you think of it?

 

When I compare it to my Cybercraft Animated 'Jesse' helmet, it seems a little big. Many have commented in their reviews that the eyes are a little 'off', but when I view the Rix Road riot scene in Andor, they seem to be close to the live action version, as opposed to the animated CW look - or even that of ROTS (CGI).

It is sturdy and well made for the price and the interior is nice. Although advertised as 'The Clone Wars', the size and details are more reminiscent of the live action sequences in 'Andor'. These helmets are getting better with every release and this one is another good example and if you're into the prequel era, this would be a fine addition to your collection.

The weathering looks pretty good on this example. Hasbro's efforts in this area are improving, especially when one compares the progression from the Incinerator Trooper, through to the Artillery Trooper and now this. The new Scout Trooper helmet was unveiled at SW Celebrations, but I don't have a pic yet.

In recent news, the Scout Trooper helmet is up for pre-order here in Australia through Zing/EB Games with a release date of the 19th of June.



Recently announced is yet another repaint of the Boba Fett mold with the release of Axe Woves helmet scheduled for November here in Australia:



The Ahsoka Loyalist 332nd helmet will be available early September through the same outlet:



Another X-Wing Pilot helmet has been announced with a Carson Teva repaint. This news will now present us with five repaints of the Boba Fett mold; four X-Wing Pilot releases; five Stormtrooper issues; two First Order Stormtrooper and two Phase II Clone Trooper helmets. With these releases, Hasbro have now issued nine helmets from The Mandalorian, out of a total of twenty-four ~ concomitant with the above mentioned repetition in mold usage (not to mention the two releases of the Darth Vader helmet)!

 

The Scout Trooper helmet has arrived and I must say, this has to be Hasbro's best offering thus far!

Here in Australia, the Ahsoka Loyalist release has been brought forward from early September to this week.

The Ahsoka 332nd Clone Trooper helmet has been released in Australia ~ only one week after the Scout Trooper and almost three months early!

I'm hoping one day they will make a Black Series Helmet for Phasma. I'm curious if they would actually make it chrome or just the usual silver, they used for all her figures. Maybe one day lol.

 

A few days ago there was announcement of a Sabine Black Series Helmet and it's already being presold on GameStop Canada's website, for $194.99 CDN. The only thing not listed is the date it's going to be relesed.
