I would actually call it The Phantom Menace, but take away Episode I.

Then I would change Episode II to Episode I and Episode III to Episode II.

Then Lucas can refilm Episode III and show the jedi purge and the Rise of the Empire.

HENCE....Episode III: Rise of the Empire.

I've got a better one:
"Uncle George begins his Star Wars Prequels with a fim that fans endlessy whine and moan about Jar Jar Binks, the script, the dialogue, Jake lloyd and the amount of CGI and claim he has ruined the saga".

IMO, complaining about CGI in the PT is like complaining about using puppets in the OT. Sorry, I just don't get it. Do puppets look more realistic or something? Or maybe you prefer clay models?

You have no argument from me regarding ROTJ. That was the beginning of the end for me. That what happens when you listen to your kids.

The CGI would have been tolerable if it was used correctly. I am sorry but the battle of Naboo with the droids and Gungans looked like a video game.

I've actually learned to like the title.

After all the Phantom Menace is Anakin himself.

Although, the whole series of events is a close second.

... a brilliant first chapter of a six part story, getting the 'boring parts' out of the way, create a character who isn't the brightest but will play a huge role in the continuity of the saga, a villain the 'fanboys' will go nuts over, but it's essential to the story that he dies (regardless of how cool, or how the fanboys feel his death scene was 'wrong'!) as the entire story revolves around Anakin Skywalker, while at the same time showing the world what my ILM is capable of, then I'll do EP II, after that I'll really be done with 'fanboys' and I'll make it for 'myself', the reason I got into film making - making films *I* like.
