I'm addicted to Code Red Mt. Dew, how about you?

Regular Mountain Dew: I can quit whenever I want!

 

I can't stand Code Red, but ohhh how i love regular mountain dew. besides cigarette's, its my drug of choice.

 

I have nothing against regular Mt. Dew. I was drinking that just as much as Code Red till it came out. Only problem I had with the original Mt. Dew is that it gave me a stomach ache.

 

I had 2 last night at work. Still love the stuff.

 

I spent 2 years 1-2 litre's a day habit of Mountain Dew.

But MD:CR is the worst soda I have evr tried. At SnowJam they were giving it away in 500ml plastic bottles, two trucks with guys throwing the stuff to people all day long, and it literally became a menace. people would taste it, hate it then throw it, at people, at the stages. the ground was littered with almost full bottles that were skidding everywhere as people kicked them.

when one was thrown at one band member the guy retaliated. I was a good 30metres from the stage and the full can of pepsi that he threw came to within 2 metres of me. One guy made a superb one handed catch to stop it hitting some young girls.

As my good friend says (and he has been a dew-aholic for years):

"If God had wanted us to drink red Mountain Dew, he wouldn't have made the green kind so damn delicious."

 

Red and Dew get me drunk-like.

 

both dew's are equally good. (i'm addicted to code red, though, and so's my best friend)

I was addicted once just like you....until I saw a news report on what that stuff does to your teeth. I'm also banning other drinks that contain phosphoric acid.

 

Have no fear. I have been drinking this since it was first released, and I had a dentist appointment yesterday and I was told I had no cavaties.

 

When it first came out, Code Red was all I drank. Now I haven't had it in several months. I probably should have some again...that sweet cherry-citrus taste is calling....er...um...gotta go get me some Mt. Dew CR!!!

 

Over 7 months since I made this thread(my first), and I'm still drinking about two a day. Anybody else having this addiction?

Hi. My name is Connemara, and I admit to it. I use Code Red to get me high. And it works, too. But I fear for my sanity soemtimes because it makes me lose control at parties.

Actually, it's not all that bad, but I can honstly say Code Red was intrumental in making me the center of attention at my youth group. They all say I have no fear. I say I have code red
