"This is a series of designs that track the progress of the High T ( Hive) alien from MIB Int. Following the starting premise of the hive being fungus like and living inside its host and controlling their actions then trans morphing into a more 'natural' form when subterfuge is longer possible or necessary. I worked on most of these designs through Weta Workshop, based for the most part in the offices at Warner Bros Studios, Leavesden, working directly with the director and producers to find a design that worked for everyone and the story. This was a moving goal post and many more varied designed designs were explored at times by many designers, while the script shifted and changed.
The almost final design was the blue translucent iteration, but then a while later I was asked to revisit it. and it moved back towards the more fungus textures and feel.
I guess at some point during the post production the goal posts moved again and the final design was re imagined."

None would suspect that the fierce and terrifying Aurum de Rudge was once a princess of peace loving alien race. Her kind was Known for their beauty and healing properties. The inhabitants of planet Requim, a paradise among the cosmos, have long been a target for dark market trading. It is not long until their kind is driven to extinction as their planet is raided by waves of cosmic pirates looking for quick fortune. Not if the royal family escaped the fate after their princess was taken after the last attack that left Requim in ruins with no hope of recovery.

Many thought she died the night her captor ship was attacked by a cosmic beast. Many believes that The princess took the chance by striking a bargain with the beast.
With her new found power from the beast she dawned a new persona. She now wore the clothing of her captor and weapon as she seek revenge against the pirates that once destroyed her home world. But many believes her ruthless attacks is just part of her agreement with the cosmic beast. All her righteous reasons for her brutal action is just an excuse to sustain a steady food stock for her new master.

Trusty Weapon:
The cosmic beast is formed from the cosmic energy an grant energy creation power to Aurum. She can generate energy weapon in any shape an form, but her favourite form to take is giant anchor that she throw to sink pirate ships or her unfortunate victims.

Lucky Cap:
Her Cap was once the hat of her former captor. She uses her energy power to decorate her hat and uniform with jewelry that was also taken from her home world. She want to make sure her new persona show the fury of Requim.

Family Crest
Decorating her hat was a the symbol of her royal family crest - The Requim eye. The eye that sees the truth, but now the eye is corrupted by the cosmic beast power and simply a way to keep an eye on Aurum action.

Erdalto – he’s the capitan of the ship “Ginger Turtle” . He’s known as “peaceful pirate”, aka “Silver Capitan”. He comes from the well-known pirate family, who died in the skirmish with Royal Guard. He’s smart, serious, cunning, very dangerous in the charge. He’s the fond of the chess. He sometimes practices piracy, but only when it’s necessary.


Ahnoque – he’s the younger offspring of the Demon-Centaur family. Unlike his brothers and sisters, he was born small and weak, which was itself a disgrace. He was expelled from his family due to his love for engineering and mechanics. As a weakling and an outcast, he was picked up by Erdalto in the Hunting Dogs Constellation and Erdalto was become very attached to him. He’s cunning, coward but stubborn, genious in engineering. He can create or repair anything mechanical. In addition, he learns very fast.


Cérecy – She was a slave in the past, and she was taken to the laboratory occupied with cyborg making. After an unsuccessful experiment, she was thought dead, and subsequently dumped. Capitan found her there half dead, after which Ahnoque repaired and restored her functions. From the laboratory experiment only brain and heart were preserved. She’s cold, calculating, dodgy and sly. She hates scientists. She admires capitan Erdalto, as well she loves Ahnoque wholeheartedly.

Erdalto has been invited for a meeting to get a work. It was a good time to busy oneself with shipping to earn some money to improve their spaceship “Ginger Turtle”. He took Cérecy and Ahnoque with him. But then they were ambushed. They managed to repel the first attack, but Erdalto lost his arm, in addition he weakened due to the loss of blood. They went deep into corridor network with numerous rooms. The long chase was wearing them out. The moment came closer, in which they would leave that inhospitable place. And now... One more turn... The last room... And they would break free. But near the spaceship a band armed to the teeth awaits them... A few steps away, but beyond the room someone awaits them...

Makar the scourge by Istrandar

What we know about marker is more legend than truth. His insignia point him as a member of the Komen family, who disappear with the collapse of the solar system they rule over.
One could assume he is pursuing vengeance, but he didn't stope after killing all who were responsible for the demise of his supposed family.
We are assuming that he holds a greater purpose.

The first time we learned anything about him was when he offered his help to the lord of the Andromeda system. He started plundering the ship of the enemies of his master. His skill and efficiency were known all across the cosmos and tainted with legends, but he had not yet earned the reputation that follows him now.
From the report of the survivor of his attacks, we learned that he didn't work for money, he was looking for something, and being a Corsair was just an excuse.

He finally found what he was looking for, the trace of a relic of old. He soon raided the world of Aslain and took from it an unknown device that he used to harness the power of a collapsing star in his newly forged arm.

The mask and the hat he wears make any identification impossible. And we found no trace of his DNA. We could speak for hours of his prowess in close combat and piloting, but it won't lead us to anything useful.
Catching his ship before it arrives in range of her system is nearly impossible.

I am afraid we will need to hand him our relic sir. I see no other way.

The Ghost by ERA7

The Ghost is legendary pirate captain of dark matter which is his main element. In the past he was a shaman.
The family crest is the symbol of one of the most powerful and ancient artifacts which gives the rights to rule the pirates.
The lucky cap is really lucky and saved him more than once in his life. Sometimes Ghost use it to hide booze and money from his girlfriends.
The trusty weapon is the portal gun which give the ability to move anywhere in a certain radius. And it works for the enemies too. If you need to get rid of them then just teleport them wherever you want.
