A myth from the wonderful fictional world of Glorantha about the domestication of cats. One time in the age of darkness, Ernalda, goddess of the Earth, had to abandon her home, leaving behing her daughter Voria, the goddess of Youth and Spring. Voria met Murni, the runt of his litter of wildcat deities, and together they survived as Murni kept their food safe from mice and lay in Voria's lap, keeping them both warm. When Ernalda returned she sensed Munri's presence and thought an invader was present, but Voria showed her the little creature, and it was allowed to stay and quickly became one of their favourite pets.

Commissioned by UnsureHistorian, this image depicts Sedenya, the great Goddess of the Moon, surrounded by seven ancient moon goddesses whose lives are her own. First and last is Zaytenara, who is the peace and purity of what comes before and after. Second is Verithurusa, who left her home to live, love, and learn. Third is Lesilla, who ruled over her people before jealous gods pulled her from the sky. Fourth is Gerra, who suffered and brought suffering. Fifth is Rashorana, who learned the while suffering is life, life is not suffering. Sixth is Orogeira, who hunts for what she needs to become whole. Seventh is Natha, who carves out her space in the world, bringing justice and balance.
