Full Series Jedi Survivors (spoilers)

I wouldn’t be shocked at all if Cal was tied to this organization. I don’t think whatever this is will Live past the show but Cal will

 

Speaking of Cal, are Fallen Order and Survivor set during the same timeframe as the Kenobi show?

 

Yoda and Obi-Wan, for sure. Probably Quinlan, unless he died prior to the events of Kenobi. Coleman Kcaj was noted after ROTS to have evaded Order 66, so he may have survived into Kenobi or beyond. Yaddle's fate is unknown, as is Oppo's. It seems more Council members have ambiguous fates in canon versus Legends, even if it seems way more Jedi survived the initial purge in Legends (about 200 of them).

 

Fallen Order is five years before it. Survivor is supposedly set around the same period.

 

I was expecting Quinlan Vos to show up and help Obi-Wan when he was losing the duel with Vader.

 

I’m not convinced we’ll see Quinlan Vos, but I wouldn’t be surprised the next episode has multiple surviving Jedi. (I’m expecting a few of them to be ‘purged’ during the show.) I expect they will be new characters though.

 

I think O'Shea Jackson might be playing Quinlan Vos.

 

What if the surviving Jedi leaked info on Obi-Wan as part of a plan to lure out Darth Vader. So what the Third Sister is doing with Leia to catch Obi-Wan, is what the surviving Jedi are doing with Obi-Wan to catch Darth Vader?

 

That would be an interesting plot twist.

Except...The Empire seem to be tracking him of their own accord. And also, isn't that a not-very-Jedi thing to do?

I think one of the Legends comics did something like this (but didn't use Obi-Wan as bait). It didn't go well for the Jedi as you might expect.

 

They’d be more like former or lapsed Jedi. Forsaking the Jedi code to do anything to stop the Sith. Maybe they have even turned to the Dark Side.

The ultimate would be if Reva is a double agent. It’s Reva that’s been tracking Obi-Wan more than the Empire at large. And she apparently killed the Grand Inquisitor. This week Reva knew where the secret tunnel Leia was in let’s out.

 

I expect whatever this organization to be to be mostly wiped out when this show is done. I’ll be interested to see though

 

^^ That’s what I’m expecting as well. Although considering this show is supposed to be about Obi-wan rediscovering his hope, I can’t imagine what watching even more of his comrades die would do to his emotional state.

 

"The Path" feels like the Partisans and Crimson Dawn, in that it has great spin-off potential.

 

What if they’re not good Jedi anymore? Ben Kenobi may have fell on hard times but he didn’t turn to evil.

Could be a cool twist. Jedi or former Jedi going to great or dark lengths to stop the Sith is something we've seen at least a few times before. A Legends comic shortly after ROTS has one of the Jedi kill another just to try to kill Vader when he's faking surrender.

 

It so it is be pretty lame if Vos fell to the dark side again

 

Yeah i'd prefer someone else was the one to be a fallen jedi. Although Ahsoka type change would be fine for Vos imo, but i am only partially familiar with Vos

 

I know nothing about him in legends but in canon the jist is he fell to the dark side for a bit. Came back because of love if I remember correctly. And then the next we hear about him is in ROTS. And after that a Vader comic says he survived order 66. And that’s the last we hear about him. This was years ago though.

 

Although she's not a Jedi survivor but a member of the Path, I thought Tala was a great addition to the Kenobi story and introduced the Path well. She had a surprise appearance, good dialogue, good acting, and someone who Leia looks up to. (Wearing her blaster so she can draw quicker). I thought she also completely fit in with the edgy, urgent and paranoid vibe established in Andor.

What do we think happens to her? I noticed randomly that there is a Tala Squadron that fought at Endor (according to the JCFs).
