Krash did not mention that we are not cooking out this time. So it?s bring your own: food, drinks, snacks, lightsabers, ?

 

Can someone please tell me how to get to this place from Canton? Is it easy to get to? I'd ask for a ride but my sister will be taking SATs that day, and since she's coming with me we won't be able to leave until sometime after noon.

 

Here's something I pulled up from last year's Celebration II.5, that might help you in driving up. Are you coming up I-77 or I71/480? Basically you need to get to the Rockside Road/Canal Road intersection (close to Valleyview Cinemark)

Follow Canal Road (South) for 3.7 miles to Tinkers Creek Rd, turn left 1.5 miles to Dunham Rd., the park entrance is directly across the street

 

Rosie, go up I-77 and get off at Rockside Road. It's just before I-480.

FYI, for those of us over 21, the metroparks don't allow alcohol...so BYOB doesn't apply to beer! (sorry)

 

Well, it sounds like it would be fun, but I can't make it. I got lucky enough to pull a 9 1/2 hour shift next Saturday! And anyone who has ever worked at a fast food resturant knows that's a long day!

I was going to be able to make it but my Mom just reminded my of a family reunion that I have to go to that day. It's going to be in Geneva, so there's no way I can make it to both.

I was looking forward to going since I haven't been to a meeting in forever.

Em, considering I only get Chinese with my sister, and now that she is pregnant, she isn't too fond of it. I don't get Chinese that often.

Besides, I like Chicken Lo Mein.

 

Don't worry, now that we've got a system in place that will give PLENTY of notice for upcoming meetings...hopefully, we'll see the TBX gang soon.

I'm glad that someone else has it, I don't know where all my cards are. (I was reading them all. )

 

Should we consider an alternative location? Rather then cancel the entire thing...have a "plan B" in case the weather just doesn't cooperate with us (rather then repeat the Parmatown HOTH-like blizzard?) Say by 8AM, if the weather looks bad...post that we'll be moving indoors?

Wasn't sure if I was gonna go this weekend, but what the heck, why not? Got nothing to do at the house anyways (except playing the Star Wars Galaxies beta all day hehe)...besides, I can show you all my slick new car, a 2003 Hyundai XG350L, it's a phat ride! So yeah, I'll be there! And please figure out any alternate plans soon so I can plan ahead, I do hear it's going to downpour pretty bad on Saturday.

 

Be prepared to give us your review on Galaxies Will. I?m still debating if I want to get involved in that type of game.

O, yah Cinemark. I'll go see Finding Nemo if anyone else wants to go.

Congrats on the 500th mark, Zod! Don't mean to get off topic, but I'm not particularly sure IF I can give a review of Galaxies - Sony has me under a licenced agreement not to say anything about the beta - it's a closed beta right now, so if say, I give away crucial info about the game, and Sony looks it up here on the boards, finds my email address, and then proceeds to delete my beta account for that. So I dunno if I wanna give much away for the sake of losing beta priviledges. Or maybe I'm just being paranoid. But I can say, Galaxies is going to be AWESOME. By far the largest online game I've EVER seen. It's a lot of fun Zod, definately worth getting.

 

give us your review on Galaxies Will...I've already spoken to Reborn about writing his review of Galaxies (once his legal issues are finished) for the JKOC website. Everyone will get a chance to read all of Will's thoughts on the game.

I'm going to bring some ideas for the "member profile" section of the infamous website...does anyone have a digital camera I could use?

Zod, I'm up for sseing Finding Nemo. But I might be seeing it on Friday with my sister on Friday because she has off, and she didn't take me to see it yet!
