well they start to break at this age but it takes a couple of years till it is fully deep. oh and you can see he is developmentally a bit late anyway otherwise he wouldnt look like 12 or 14 at best when he is 16. give it another 4 years (but I hope his hair is really cut then.

I didn't reply to this 4 months ago, so allow me... yes to what people said about your voice *finishing* changing is what I mean. I'm just saying, I watched Doogie Howser and NPH's voice changed between every season. But really prominently from 16 to 17. And he was similarly a late bloomer like Bieb. So I would estimate Bieb is due soon. Who knows, maybe he'll even end up with a lowish voice like NPH did. It would be amusing
