KOTOR 2: Game Help (Hints, Walkthroughs, Strategies)

I just finished collecting lal the parts for HK-47. Let's see what happenes.

I'm jealous. I'm one part away from it. Where did you get all of your parts from?

 

I think I got a part on all the planets, Telos, Dantooine, Dxun and Nar Shadda. I had a few extras. I don't know if they weren't needed or I had already installed one.

What happened:
He's part of my party now, and annoyed that cheap replicas of him are out there, espically trying to kill the PC. I asked about his former master, but I don't have enough infulence on him yet.

darth_mactor, go back into the Arena. The boss is waiting for you there.

 

I am stuck in Voggas Warehouse, Im T3 I am trying to open the door where you have to rotate the letters and numbers to match the set shown. I dont know the correct pattern, did anyone do this and can help me out?

 

Could someone tell me where Master Vrook is on Dantooine?

I've cleared the sublevel and released the salvager, but the only other person I've run into was the Historian.

Er... am I SUPPOSED to lose my entire team (all both of 'em!) after I run the Ithorian quest where I infiltrate the Czerka Corp. mainframe using their protocol droid? I've taken out the mercs who storm the Ithorian offices (no easy feat on my own) and now am standing in front of the shuttle that's supposed to take me to the planet's surface, but if I hit a glitch and my party vanished when it wasn't supposed to, I want to start an earlier save before I get much further along.

Did this happen to anyone else?

 

Did they just get unattached to your party by mistake? Tried to reset to your party, if that doesn't work start your earlier game. Or you could save where you are now in a different slot, go to the surface and see if they reappear. If not, and you are totally screwed, go to your earlier game.

 

Where does it show your influance on people? i know i'm influancing them but how do i tell how much so.

god that was worded bad but its late and i need to go play more KOTOR.

Just go back to your party selection screen and re add those folks to your party. That worked just fine for me.

Otherwise you can try looking at your apartment before trying to load a save game.



As far as knowing how much influence you have on someone I have no clue. All I know is that you get more answers and you'll see "influence success" in a converstation with folks that you have high influence.



I found out something cool. You can have two padawans. I have both the Disiple and Atton learning the force from me. Also I've just added Mira to the party. My influence isn't high with her but she's talking about feeling people and stuff and sounding real jedi like. She just gets mad when you suggest that it's the force but you don't loose influence with her so I think I'll be able to make her a Jedi.

Doens't matter though. I only have 3 lightsabers rate now. one I built.. one I got from Voork on Dantooine and a double bladed one I got from some Reffugee on Nar Shadda when I reunited him with his wife which I found odd because he didn't say anything about it but I gained it when I got the experence points and lightside points it also said "double bladed lightsaber" recived. Wierd.

With the old lady, Atton, Disiple, Myself and the Sith Girl I turned I have way more Jedi than Lightsabers now anyway. I just gave the double bladed one to the sith girl and Atton and my PC have the other two.

Using your character specific Crystal rules because it adds stat bonus to a few things.

Plus if you go all the way lightside I got a +3 strength bonus for "light side mastery" Atton got a +Constitution and the disiple has a +3 Wisdom for the same thing. I would assume there are similar bonuses for Dark Side mastery too.



Anyway I have a question. I don't have the handmaiden in my party. How do you get her to join you? I met her on Telos but she didn't join. I didn't know I could even have her in the party until I got the slave girl outfit that listed her as someone who could wear it.

how do i get off the mine thingy i went to the harbinger got the map thingy from the bridge the wher do i go ther is no possible way to get to ebon hawk

Find your way to the back of the ship and the engine room. Leave via the fuel line and get back on the station. You'll then need to find T3 who you'll then need to use to repair the computer overlooking the Ebon hawk. Doing this will open the door to the lower hanger bay.

I think there was some coupling thing or something like that you find in the pipe with T3 that he uses to fix the computer but I could be wrong about that. I know you have to fix that computer but I am a bit fuzzy on exactly what T3 used to fix it.

That was 27 hours of game time ago though so I may be missing a few details but maybe that'll help.


Edit: I found the answer to my own question a few posts up. According to people on the Obsidian Boards you get Handmaiden OR Disciple in your party dependent on what Sex your PC is. Guys get Handmaiden and chicks get Disciple. I guess that?s a built in love interest too but I've already found my Female PC and Atton are building something. Mira even ask my PC if her and Atton had ever "overloaded any power couplings together."

Disciple annoys the heck out of me so I can't use him. He's like a Surfer British Yuppie that I just want to go dark side on.

 

Thanks guys for the help. Now I'm in another situation that's got my head pounding. I'm in Ludo Kressh's tomb on Korribon at the moment and have looted him. The main entrence to the tomb is sealed and the datapad info states I have to find another exit. There are Three doors that are locked. (One Left, 1 Right and 1 Behind the Tomb.)

From every indication I have my exit is through one of these three doors but obviously are locked. I'm currently a Light Side Jedi (Failed the final test prior to finding the tomb and lost my Light Master Bonus)

Anyone have suggestions?

 

That's the tomb in the cave, right? I just went out one of the three doors, they wern't locked for me.

Keira told me too look around the tomb, so I looted the guy and left.

 

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to complete the onderon mission I am about the break the ***damn disk in half, I cant race because of a blank screen, I cant solve the murder mistory and I cant remove the black captain from his post can someone please tell me what the hell im supposed to do before I break this god damn game or return it!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS ***DAMN GAME SUCKS I DONT KNOW HOW THE HELL IT MADE PAST QUALITY ASSURANCE LET ALONE SOFTWARE ACCEPTANCE TESING!!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to beat the final Sith Lord with a level 27 Sith Marauder. The Sith lord has killed me a dozen times. Can anybody give me a tip?

I finally got the game yesterday and I sort of get into a tangle mess with the droids on the mine area.

Do you know how to beat them, they keep ambushing you at great numbers.

Here are my current stats:

Jedi Sentinel Level 3 w/ 1 and a half hours of gameplay.

PS: It is either Obsidian or Target who sucks because I got the game on Thursday and when I went home to try it on my X-Box and it crashed on me FIVE TIMES!!! So I went back to Target to get a exchange on the game, they said that the sold out KotOR 2 and that they also discovered a BIG gash on the disk and that solved the case why it didn't work, so I had to come back Friday to get the game.

That is my story.

PPS: It is maybe the disk (like me) and also, you CAN'T return open software!

HELP! Still stuck on Telos in the Polar region. Can't find my friends and get out of there. Have talked to all the handmaidens (except the one that doesn't talk), talked to Atris (got lightside points). Can't find the north end of the compound where my friends are supposed to be imprisoned. Been here for hours and can't figure it out. I'm beginning to think there's a bug...I've restarted and replayed this section 20 times.

ppal, why just exchange your old disk for a new one? You saved your files on the X-Box, why just exchange a new disk in the store?

 

Look all I need to know is how do I complete the Onderon mission, can someone please tell me what I need to do Im stuck right now, I cant get to the queen or the jedi master, I cant get the black captain to give up his assignment. Go to the bookstore and read the KotOR Walkthrough made by Prima Games, that might solve your answer, for now.

Got my lightsaber and only on my second planet, well third if you count Peragus. I am on Nar Shadaa.

Hint to anyone fighting the Red Eclipse, try to get them to come one at a time or use Atton in stealth to hit them from a distance. Also, no need to fight the leader, I am so darkside right now he was too afraid to fight me and said he will take orders from me.
