All right, let me explain the rules:

    - First of all you have to think of a certain moment or event in the star wars saga. It can be any of the episodes, it can be any of the tv shows, it can be any of the books or comics. It needs to have some significance for the saga as a whole though (and it needs to be canon, so no legends stuff!).

    - The whole idea comes from the novelization of The Force Awakens which begins with a quote coming from the Journal of the Whills. It can serve you as an example, an inspiration if you will. Here is the said quote:

    "First comes the day
    Then comes the night.
    After the darkness
    Shines through the light.
    The difference, they say,
    Is only made right
    By the resolving of gray
    Through refined Jedi sight."
    ―Journal of the Whills, 7:477

    - The quote that you want to write should be written in a style of a free verse. Use metaphors, make the text seem ambiguous, mystical and maybe even open to interpretation. It should be at least 6, preferably 8 lines long.

    - End it with a number. That way we can label all the verses and sort them in a chronological way. I think that the number seven in the original verse is meant to represent episode 7. So for example if you want to write about something that is happening during or shortly after The Empire Strikes Back use number 5. Clone Wars era could be represented by the following label 2:9XX. Make sure noone else wrote a verse with the same number as the one you are about to use.

    - You can only post your own verse after correctly analyzing someone else's verse.

    - After you wrote your verse others will have to guess when it takes place and exactly what meaning it has (what characters are involved etc.). Once someone gives you an answer you are satisfied with you nominate that person to write his own verse.

    Well then, let me start.

    " A sun
    Became the moon
But even in the ocean of shadows
One who already saw the brightest of rays
    Can see the light
    That no matter how dim
    Can ignite a spark
    And then hope will follow."

    @Devizz I like this idea.

I’m guessing that’s about the Death Star destroying Scarif. And it’s about Jyn Erso.

    "Entrenched it is
    This thing called Hope
    Suppressed by Eternal Strife
None Save Jedi Could Make it Right
Then Danced In Some Rey of The Sun
As Stolen Light Finally Strode Upon Its Eternal Run
And All Jedi Shall Focus Yet Upon the One
And In the Time of Greatest Need
Shall Spring Forth A Diad, And Now Again The River Flows
Hear the Words and Take Heed "

    Rey in episode IX
    And kylo

    "Enclosed in shadow
    A broken spirit shall wander,
    His soul tortured and burned
    By the flames of evil
    All will fear his name,
Although none will know his story.
Crimson light shall make clear his path,
    This son of Darkness."

Now that you say that, I'm thinking it's Luke turning Vader back to the light side.
