Lightsabres, where can I get one ??

Id really like to get a lightsabre, not a real one, although I have thought of the joy of lobbing off a few heads at the Trafford Centre on Saturday Afternoon.

Anyway I mean the heavyduty ones, not the plastic toy ones

get one of these-i have one of his TPM obi-wan's (which he can't make or advertise anymore due to licensing) and it rocks! i have master replicas sabers, and they're great, but these things can take a beating!

Toys-r-us have a £100 Vader one at the moment. Very realistic looking with a fluoresent tube as the blade. Powers up properly, makes excellent sound effects when you wave it around. However it will shatter if you smack it hard against another one.

 

Thats always the problem with these things, they are more for display then for combat

 

except the parks ones, there's a disclaimer on the site saying not to duel with them but they're hard as nails!

 

well, if I ever want a sabre to fight with I'll get me one of those

 

I have two park sabers, and believe me, they can take a battering! I've been dueling with them for a little while and they look great at dusk when they're lit up!

 

Ok Ive sorted out my Sabre, what about robes and stuff is there a supplier that I should go to or is that a do it yourself thing.
