Lurker Appreciation Week! Got help! *Whew*

How about a close-up of obi-wan's eyes and the title "Lurking? I don't think so!" like in the Grievous duel. I have no graphic programs, so I can't make one myself.

agentj, I have ROTS on disk. If you want, I can try to make a screen cap of that moment and then send it to you. You just have to decide between the Editor's Cut (has white numbers at the top) or the normal 'theater' edition.

These buttons are awesome, so many, so quickly, so good! How can you not help but smile.

 

These buttons are amazing. How do you transport them to other threads? Can you?

 

Hover your mouse over the icon of your choosing, right-click, do a "save file/image as..." and once you have it on your hard drive, upload it to your image file server (Photobucket's a popular place) where you can link to it with your heart's content.

Button Rules

Starting Sunday June 5th, I'd ask that anyone interested in outing lurkers choose a button and post it within their thread. Sunday is Hug a Lurker Day. I'll be opening a thread with details of how to *hug* your lurkers but the long and the short of it is I am asking everyone to make a nice post to your lurkers - just like you would post a reply to your usual reviewers. Use a button to get their attention. Remember many lurkers don't come into FFRF so they may be blissfully unaware. A button however will grab their attention and make them take note. (I hope.) Throughout the week, when posting stories and replies, keep using buttons to entice your lurkers out.

 

Also, how about if you have your next few posts written out, post one for the occasion of Lurker Appretiation week.

Everyone should wander over to the Hug a Lurker Thread when they get a chance. Hope to see you all participating tomorrow.

Just think, posting to your lurkers is a shameless way to up!

 

Ugh, if only I knew how to make buttons, I actually have an idea for one. My friends and I joke with the saying "Liars make Baby Jesus cry", someone could make one saying "Lurkers make Baby Luke cry" using an image from ROTS.

Anyway, fabulous idea and I look forward to the coming week.
