Wha... hummm, I didn't realize I didn't put that there. O.K., thats fixed. Wonder why I left that out? O-yeah, That must have been about the time I taught myself how to use a table saw. That lesson cost me my typing finger. Man you guys don't know how difficult it is to use another finger to type with.:D I mean, Anymore tool training and I just have to learn to type with the other fingers, and whoever heard of that concept. Typing with more than one finger at a time.[face_laugh]

Just joking, that serious thing again. :p

hey, I know this is cheesy, but, I made one and people asked me to make em' one so.. i hope it helps...

you get one of the like, dollar mops, rip off the mop and cut off like a 2 foot piece... sauder the ends to make em' smooth, then cover it is aluminum.. if not that then alumionum foil. just be sure to get ALL the creases out or it stinks... then super glue it real good. add some minor adjustments to make the grip and stuff...it's only a hilt.. but it works... trust me I made one for myself and I walk around with on... hope it helps...

I'm sure nobody else cares, but it's spelled "solder". I'm a professional solderer, so I know.

I work for a manufacturing company that makes flexible circuit boards. Motorola is one of our customers.

A lot of the things are done by computerized "pick and place" machines that place the components that are on reels onto the boards, or by people who use a stencil to put solder paste onto the boards, then hand place the parts, which then go through an oven to heat the solder paste and this solders them to the board.

I inspect these parts, a human eye is needed, then fix solder joints. I add solder as needed, or remove solder bridges that cause short circuits, realign components, and do some hand assembly, all under a microscope.

    Is everybody bored now?
    :p Wake up! ;)
