    It was fifty years ago today the explosion on Apollo 13 happened. Nasa released a short documentary on it a couple of days ago.



    It's quite interesting.

    I’m not sure what I’m looking at there. Some kind of shipyard I’m guessing but I need a shot like that in my Star Wars. The scale of it is incredible.

    Decided to rewatch RoS on a whim and came out...not entirely disappointed, but frustrated after realizing the entire Fetch Quest is rendered moot by having a guy at the Resistance base who can just translate the Sith language, which makes Poe's backstory and Threepio's mindwipe completely superfluous because you can now skip that segment and lose nothing in terms of character or story

    This guy was also the first to immediately jump to dark science and cloning to explain why Palpatine had returned, which...why doesn't this raise any alarm bells among Rey, Finn, Poe, or Leia?
