Has the fact that Obiwan disguises himself as Anakin at one point so he can seduce Padme' come up yet? After all, we ALL know that Obi-wan is truely the twins father after all...

I don't know about Ob--Wan being a shapeshifter, but I still think that Yaddle is really inside R2D2. We still haven't seen both of them in the same place at all.

(If you don't know what I'm talking about look for the really old TPM board.)

This thought just came to me.......i think i know what another one of Obis fingernails went. They went to a brain-worm for anikan. He was trying to sacrifice the chosen one by using a brain worm to make him charge at dooku alone. He was trying to take out Anikan early for his plan to succeed. It makes sence!!!!!!!

    Thoughts ScoobyDooku?

Although your theory is way off and not relavant, i do see your point. There are parts of the film (AOTC) where he does look different.

You already mentioned when he's 'lecturing' Anakin in coruscant. I noticed this same look is portrayed in the Obi-wan Vs Dooku duel. Just before Dooku injures him, he is overpowering Obi. you see a close up of Obi-wan's face, and that 'different' look is shown again.

but he obviously isn't. i was thinking maybe this was done on purpose to give Obi-wan that older look. reminiscent of his older self.

    This just in! -
Obiwan is not only a shapeshifter, hes an immortal! weve learned that star wars takes place a long time ago in a galaxy far far away.that even if you could travel from the star wars galaxy to earth, it would take forever, and it would be in our distant past, probably in the time of middle earth. i recently watched a documentary called "trainspotting" about these strange creatures that live across the water called "scots". who do i see is one of the young McDruggies, but mister clawdite shapeshifter himself, obi wan kenobi! why is he here? are there other shapeshifters? we knew of the link of star wars beings to earth before, since dooku left that galaxy in his Honda scooter, flew here, forgot to get his hair cut, called himself Saruman and wreaked all sorts of trouble on our distant past. Did shapeshifty obi wan follow him here to fight him once and for all for that limp he gave him? wait! is obi wan gandalf!? thats why theyre so similair! why havent we figured this out before? and since after this epic battle across galxies, hes still living thousands of years later, is he a highlander? is his name actually obi wan macleod? will we ever know the truth?
