That's...like...really well done. I guess I'll have to watch Rogue One and Andor again.

The blu-ray release for Andor has been set for July 1 in Europe, while Obi-Wan Kenobi will be released on June 3.

Shooting on location as much as Andor does probably makes filming considerably slower as well

I really don’t like this 6-8 episode trend, with each being short. It’s no accident that the best plot progression and characterization in a SW show happened in the one with 12 episodes…

It’s the only thing that gives me pause re: the Acolyte. How can that show have just 8, 30-minute episodes, when there seem to be a bajillion characters in it? Mando worked, but that show was laser focused on one human character and a puppet, so it made a ton of sense. But I don’t know how so little time will play in a show with a huge ensemble.

And season 3 suffered because of focusing on too many characters.

Stop it. Now I’m getting nervous, and I don’t want to be.

Everything is pre-planned and booked in advance. As most of it takes place in the UK there are no great logistical barriers to jump either.

Still I'm guessing thats slower work that shooting on sets as Mando does.

    He is great.

I particularly like that the scene not only serves as a great comedic bit, but also really drives home how close knit the community is and how well people there know each other.

    This is good stuff.

Does anyone wish that there was an Andor video game? I certainly do.

Kino Loy has perhaps the greatest dramatic character arc in all of Star Wars.

I agree. We don't actually need to know much or anything about his background to appreciate him. It's one of Serkis' best performances to date.

The Last Jedi Special Edition will be amazing when Rey cuts through all of Snoke's boasting with "You... you're afraid. You're afraid because you can't swim"

Picked up the 4k steelbook today. Excited for another rewatch (in higher definition than my internet can manage through Disney plus)
