Here's one that constantly repeats itself in ALL the Star Wars movies so far:

I don't really have a fave line, but one of my fave things is what Anthony Daniels said during the sneak preview look at Episode 2 which is on the Special Edition Trilogy VCD Box Set:

"It was a genuine shock for me to find out that Darth Vader, Anakin Skywalker, was Threepio's father. I hope Threepio never finds out. Can you imagine? Can you think of the therapy sessions that would have to go on after that? Threepio lying on the couch [saying], 'Darth Vader, my father...oh my!'"

Whenever I watch that sneak preview and listen to Anthony Daniels saying that, I just break out in laughter.
Gotta love Threepio man, he's funny!

QGJ's voice came on when Anakin was killing all those Tusken Raiders, and the scene switched to Yoda meditating..

 

After Anakin started slaughtering the all Tusken Riders and just at about the scene change to Yoda Meditating

No wunder din catch it lar, nvm, now i noe, so nxt time i go watch look out for it...
