This seriously sounds like the dumbest thing on the internet. I say this even after Jacen reminded us all that hamster dance still exists.
Let's all invent more social networking for the sake of social networking. People can't "keep track of their interests" without a website?
It's really a visual social bookmarking site, like Delicious and Tumblr had a baby. She social bookmarking features are useful, since it's a good way to keep track of (and share) things like recipes, articles you want to read, ideas for your job or other aspects of your life, and the visual/Tumblr portion just makes it pretty. People could keep track of these things without a website, but I'd say it's probably easier to hit the "Pin It" button in your browser than to copy/paste (or write down with a typewriter, since it's you we're talking about Billy) each URL with a description and a photo to remind you of what the link is for.
