saturday was so cool! I had a great time!

 

Greetings and I am back from Florida. It is funny as I went on Vacation and I came back with a Star Wars insider magazine. We went to Sea World on Friday and they were having a Halloween Festival and you should have seen the seen the kids that were dressed up in Star Wars attire. Most of the ones that I saw were in prequel attire.
I am still trying to decide whether or not to wear my Darth Vader costume to work Wednesday. That is a lot to take off and keep up with. Looking forward to making the first meeting.

 

Welcome back Darth - Yes we hope you can make it to a meeting soon (We have had 3 now but 2 came this weekend) WHAT A BLAST!

A side not - since you did miss the Caralina Renaissance one - we found out that this upcoming weekend is the annual Kilt weekend with contests etc.... Thought you may be interested!

 

Hello everyone,

We are thinking about having the next meeting on Saturday November 3rd anytime after 4pm (Rip has his end of season soccer team party until then). The meeting will discuss FF business/logistics and as always involve FUN with a typical game night! Rip also is available to help on other costumes that are in the ManCave (Rip's garage for those not in the know...).

Rip's son Darth_Phanax will kick off a Mini's game and characters for D&D will be rolled up that night for future role-playing games (Both online and off). Star0258 - hope you can make it and yes ALL of your family and friends ARE invited.

Please sound off here or contact Rip if you can or cannot make it - He says he could have it on Friday if Saturday is a problem for most of group!

I will be there if it is on Saterday but as of right now if it is on Friday i will be tied up with work. But if anything changes I will post and let you know.

(Got the package that came with the two bundled games and 20gb harddrive since I got my typical $2000 Christmas bonus - my wife knew I would buy it).

My video games right now consist of my computer(Hoyle games and Rise of Nations) and when my step-daughter comes over, she sometimes brings her Wii. That thing is a blast. Might have to get one of them. Wonder if they have a Star Wars game out for it?

 

Not yet, there is one comeing soon. Karen just bought me one for christmas and I love it.
