I wonder if she would have a cool ship like inquisitor's tie advanced prototype?

A black eta-2 would be kinda cool.

I fail to see how that invalidates my statement. There is a place to die for morality as well, IL.

Sometimes, the more moral choice, is to kill, than to die.

A cloakable giant TIE looking thing like Maul's ship in TPM would be nice.

War is very rarely moral, IL.

You're advocating dying for nothing though.

You're seem to be essentially advocating that if faced with Barris, Ahsoka should go and die a sort of Thích Quảng Đức death. Which while it is startling and certainly grabs people's attention, is ultimately pointless.

No, I''m not. Dying for morality is NOT 'nothing'. To me it is better to die than kill. Many disagree that's fine. I stand by my stances. War is valid but very solemnly.

When it was the Lurmen vs Lok Durd though - completely innocent beings, unprovoked aggressor - self-defence becomes completely moral. Wag Too was right, and Tee Watt Kaa wrong - at least in that particular case.

Thanks but I still don't recall it. We've established many times we differ and that's fine. Many times when man justifies war/death I believe it is wrongly done.

Cushing's Admirer If Ahsoka is confronted with Inquisitor Offee, she owes it to all the people who Offee would subsequently torture and murder, to try to make sure Offee can't do that. And if that means fighting her to the death, so be it.

By your logic, if some hypothetical sniper could have infiltrated Germany in 1941 or so, and gotten a bead on Hitler, he shouldn't take the shot.

Or something mid-way between Vader's TIE and the Inquisitors.

They were designed basically as an "X-Wing counter" - but never really got taken up wholesale.

Another good one, which was recently retconned as having began development before Yavin, was the TIE Phantom:

Those sound pretty cool. It would be nice if each Inquisitor we meet has a different TIE fighter model. It wouldn't just be their species that separates them.

Agreed. I thought Pau'an's tie was awesome. I hope "Barriss" and the other guy get their own custom ties.

And if they had its just as likely the war wouldn't have ended with Hitler's death but rather him being replaced by someone either far worse or a better leader resulting in Germany winning the war.

Anyway Ahsoka isn't a Jedi so asking her to follow in Obi-Wan's footsteps is a bit much.

Obi did what he did for a reason Ahsoka if she does sacrifice her life will be for a different reason and I don't want Vader to be responsible as that isn't how I see him acting anymore than I see Tarkin as being some mindless sociopath they do the stuff they do for a reason and should be treated as such.

Rebels and this discussion forum made that clear about Tarkin so it should also apply to both Ahsoka and Vader.

I'd like to see Tarkin responsible for killing Ahsoka an inversion of the scene where she saves his life but she thanks him because by doing so she and we all know Vader CAN be redeemed something that takes Luke to do because nobody else believes that's even possible.

Oh is it a bit much if they reveal he DIDN'T kill those younglings but secured them as his first class of Inquisitors for training?

Sorry for going off topic above.

So I like that idea about Ezra being responsible for redeeming Barris but I'm not sure if he'd be successful unless it involved rescuing the latest batch of trainee Inquisitors now that would be an arc worth watching wouldn't it?

Again with the Tarkin killing Ahsoka reference. Yes, I get the notion that he's a self-righteous bastard. But how does anyone see him killing Ahsoka? Come to think of it, has Tarkin killed anyone throughout the saga? It's easy to order someone else to do it.
