One Jedi I really like but is underappreciated is Bultar Swan , she not only survived the battle of Geonosis, and the clone wars, but she survived order 66 and sliced off vader's sword arm only to be killed by another jedi for not wanting to kill vader since he was defenseless at the time.

As for other jedi I like @darthfettus2015 you and I have about the exact same list.

In terms of just personal favourites:

1) Ahsoka Tano - I just enjoy everything about her as a character and I’m excited to see more of her

2) Kanan Jarrus - Amazing arc. Brilliant character development and a fantastic example of what a Jedi knight should be

3) Obi Wan Kenobi - Great humour, not the flashiest or best Jedi but just a great character

4) Qui Gon Jinn - I like how he has different views to the council, I just want to know more about him

5) Luke Skywalker - A nice old school run of the mill underdog/hero

9) Anakin Skywalker

It would be Luke Skywalker if the action scenes / duels looked better. Some of the duels in the prequels kind of ruined the Luke duels for me as he just kind of looks like he's randomly hacking away vs the awesome skillz of some of the prequel duels.

As a duelist I'm tempted to say Anakin but his other whiny / cheesy scenes kind of ruin it for him being my favorite jedi.

Mace is kewl but Samuel L Jackson kind of has the Mark Hamill problem where his dueling doesn't really come across on screen.

For that reason I'll say my favorite is Obi-Wan. Great acting, great dueling, great scenes both fighting and non fighting.

Qui-Gon Jinn is #2 for similar reasons.

 

i still think the ESB duel is the best.. aggressive and not OTT flashy

Hmm favourite Jedi.

1. Yoda OT. He is my Jedi master. As a kid I wanted to go to Dagobah so bad.

2. Ben Kenobi OT. He imparts alot of wisdom to Luke in a short amount of time before sacrificing himself. He embodies the values of what it means to be a Jedi.

3. Luke Skywalker OT. Despite limited training and experience he doesn't give in to his anger and helps bring Anakin back to the light. I like how it demonstrates love can turn you to the dark side, but it can also bring you back.

Getting tough now...

4. The youngling that suggests Kamino was erased from the archive memory. He puts Obi-Wan in his place with an act of simple common sense.

5. The dinosaur guy in the Geonosis arena who gets himself killed when he jumps up to take on Dooku surrounded by elite bodyguards and a notorious bounty hunter. Foolish, but at least he tried, bless him.

Honourable mentions.

Anakin PT. Dreadful Jedi, but at least he was pretty good with a lightsaber.

Ki-Adi Mundi. Seemed like a decent Jedi, but I think I read somewhere he had a bunch of wives on the side. Needed more blaster bolt deflection practice.
