So has anyone seen that some people have seen the episode? and what is currently being said is that...

    -Unaired Spoilers-
Hera and Kanan finally kiss and it is about time!

It sounds like that the way it's being presented in the show is that they were actually never a couple despite what people thought and that Kanan seemed unaware that Hera had feelings for him. I guess we'll see.

I don't want any spoilers about the episode but, how are people watching this already? Checked the Disney XD app and it's not there so I assume it must be illegally?

The episode had an early press release. It won't be out officially on TV and the Official Disney XD app until tomorrow though.

    Just saw the episode:
I may not have been paying close enough attention, but Hera and Kanan didn't kiss. They had a nice hug at the end, but nothing more.
This was a really good episode though, with lots of cool action as well as a crap ton of foreshadowing. The whole episode Kanan and Ezra are assuring everyone they'll come back, so it makes me think Ezra won't be.
It also had AP-5 and Ahsoka in it which was nice.
But like we've been speculating, this episode really is just the set up for next week.

Yeah no you're right. They didn't. Remind me not to get hyped off things I read. I heard it on multiple places on Twitter. Bummed me out a bit when I actually saw the ep.
    I'm sorry about that guys.

Amazing episode. The foreshadowing was insane too. The beginning almost felt like they were alluding to Kanan and Ezra fighting one day for real from the dialogue and then Hera's expressions and ominous music.

I know, so much foreshadowing. It was almost too obvious. The thing I liked about this episode wasn't only Kanan and Esra's interactions, but interactions between the whole crew.

I actually liked last weeks episode better. Those spider things were too creepy for my liking, and the amount of foreshadowing was just ridiculous. At the start, when Ezra is like "when did you become my enemy?" And then the camera focuses on Hera looking upset about something, like what? He hasn't fallen to the darkside already, and I don't know how Hera would be so sure of it.

It was nice to see Rex again, this is the most we've since him in an episode since Stealth Strike. Ahsoka and AP-5 both appeared as well, though not for very long, but I was happy to see them.

How do you do spoiler tags ? as there was something I noticed at the end of the episode that I want to talk about regarding the score.

But yeah much better than last weeks episode that's for sure.

    Saw it.
It was a good episode, lots (too much?) of foreshadowing. I found the episode was a good breather and focused more on Kanan and Hera's relationship. Good to see AP-5 even if just for a few seconds. And spiders are ten times more effective than stormtroopers. Somehow, Ezra can't connect with them like he easily did with the whales and in Shroud of Darkness. Ominous Darth Vader theme is ominous. Ahsoka in the last scene, did she sense something? Sabine, let me warn you jet packs won't save you from Sarlacc, just saying.
Overall 7/10, not perfect but still an enjoyable breather episode.

A filler, but with a sort of AoTC ending feel to it - we know something bad is going to happen. This was like the last happy family outing. I wonder if Kanan will be the only one to come back and assumes Ezra is dead.

At the end of the episode when Ezra is lying down, just before Ahsoka pops up, it breaks into Vaders death scene music from RTJ, I wonder if that was intentional

I thought the same thing, and then it became more ominous, maybe another foreshadowing of Ezra's fate? [face_dunno]

I'm not sure or whether they just liked the music. But I agree with your score 7/10 is fair a score. Lol I did laugh that they didn't even give the Redshirt a thought on whether to look for her or if she might still be alive like Rex [face_laugh]

She even had a name and they forgot about her after they found Rex, did they assume they devoured her after seeing those dead things?

Decent build up episode. Also made a prediction at the end of the spoiler tag about the finale.
This episode had a lot of feels to it. From Ezra and Zeb watching the sun set on the horizon to the final scene of Kanan and Hera finally embracing.

Zeb: "Shouldn't we have a Jedi on each team?"
Hera: "We've got to get used to not having them around."

I don't think Hera could have made things feel more bleak for Ezra and Kanan's future than that. I think this is probably the first time that I have felt that Hera doesn't see a way out and that the danger facing Kanan, Ezra, and Ahsoka is very real. Someone, or maybe a couple people, will not be returning from this mission.

Sabine: "She might agree with your mission, but you're still walking out and taking Ezra with you."

I think the death flag has been planted, and Kanan was the one that planted it.

"Whatever you're facing, I wanted us to face it together." -Hera
"We will see each other again. I promise." - Kanan

I was waiting for "Across the Stars" or something similar to start playing.

This episode had so much foreshadowing in it, that it was borderline hitting you over the head with a 2x4. Sabine with her jet pack comment, Hera on having to get used to not having Jedi around, Ezra and Zeb hanging out talking about discussing their adventures once Kanan and he get back.

I think besides the discussed and heavily anticipated by some probable death of Ahsoka at the hands of Vader, there is a very high chance that Kanan will not be returning IMO.

I think we should prepare ourselves for the possibility that Kanan will fall. (Cue The Force Theme.) Given that we know that Maul will be in the finale, I think there is a small chance that Kanan will fall at the hands of Ezra due to the manipulations of Maul.

Prediction (aka theory time) heading into the finale without having seen this week's recon yet (Cue Emperor's Throne Room Theme): Ahsoka falls at the hands of Vader, Kanan falls at the hands of Ezra or Maul, and Ezra turns to the dark side. No one returns from Malachor to the rebel base. That I think will be the cliff hangar going into next season. With that said I can see that when we pick up next season Hera, Sabine, and Zeb will be searching for them and Ezra's turn will be revealed. What we have been theorizing for awhile now about Ezra going dark making the story more interesting and resolving the Jedi issue in the rebellion would give us a bittersweet resolution on that point for now.

Even if none of that happens, I can't shake this feeling that the finale is going to fundamentally change the dynamic of the show.
I am almost positive that it is intentional. Ezra falling to the dark side is something that they have been hinting at for some time now, and it is a long time coming.
