Luke Skywalker was baffled.

Mara Jade – finally coming to Yavin and agreeing to be trained in the way of the Jedi – had after a training duel with lightsabers cornered and disarmed him with a teasing ‘come and get me farmboy. Taking his lightsaber she had hopped featherlight on one of the balconies in the training salle. “You have to earn it back.” She teased and ignited the lightsaber and started for a closed door.

“You have won Mara. Where are you going?”

“Use the Force Luke,” Mara teased.

“I will,” Luke began to smile. She was headed to his room. He slowed down when he sensed something more. His feelings for Mara – begun during the Thrawn crisis on Myrkr and continued after the great fight on Wayland – had deepened.

And he waited and waited before opening his door and saw.

Mara smiled.
She used the Force.

Luke felt clothes stripping from his body and used the Force to jump on his bed and in her arms.
The aftermath of the duel had never tasted sweeter when he began to kiss her and felt her responding in mind and body.

Character: Leia Organa Action: Petting a Pittin Location: Jedi Temple

Leia Organa smiled when she saw the red head – the great friend and wife of her brother – Mara busy in the children’s farm. Like in the old days of the Jeditemple, their new home in the redecorated imperial palace had many gardens and places to be totally unaware that you were living on a city-planet. The Jeditemple had featured these facilities. The room of a thousand fountains had been among the most popular places to visit for the meditating Jedi. One very large garden had a swimming-pool and an obstacle course.

Leia walked inside and knelt down next to Mara to see what she was petting.

The animal – a pittin – was purring softly.

Mara was totally absorbed by the care for the little thing.

Leia smiled. She had done the same when she was expecting.

Character; Darth Sidious Action: commiting a murder Location: Death Star

Where was she? Where was his most trusted friend?

Darth Sidious was fuming when he wandered this and that way, this and that way and again this and that way through his throne room on the death star. He lifted his cowl revealing his hideous deformed face even more and listened.

Twirp scrssh scrsssshhh.

There some scurrying sounds and there, there she was silently stalking a little rodent.

But that rodent became aware of presenses. It hurried towards Sidious, clambered up his cloak and disappeared in one of the bulging sleeves.

Furious, Sidious was getting furious.
Even more furious when the stalking friend jumped up, made some meowing sounds and tried to get inside the cloak.

Sidious felt the rodent trying to escape. The critter was nearing his groin.

The pittin – on the outside of the cloak – too.

Some biting and slashing.

Sidious howled.

The pittin jumped down, rodent in her beak.

In his pain and anger Sidious raised his hands and released a barrage of Force lightning at the pittin.

She was burned to a crisp.

His most trusted friend had failed.

 

Wow! That was something! A pitten, no less Very clever response.

 

He truly is evil for killing a pittin. Do you know that I misspelled pittin every single time in my Dear Diary Challenge. Talon Tantiss doesn't know how to spell very well. Nice story.

Character: Obi-Wan Kenobi Action: Baking a cake Location: Tatooine

Sand, sand, sand.
It was everywhere.

In his brown faded robe that had been a gift from his old master.
In his tattered tunics, slashed numerous times and repaired numerous times.
In his boots.
In his faded red-brown hair.
In his greying beard.

All didn’t matter but one did.
There was sand in the dough.

He was baking a cake and had poured the dough in a form and was sticking the spoon in his mouth to enjoy the delicious dough when he felt the sand on his tongue.

The spoon left his mouth.
A scowl on his face.
“Kriffing sand.”

“Padawan!”

There; his master, tutor and now a Force ghost.

“But I love baking a cake because it’s giving me pots and utensils to clean of the dough.”

“Obi-Wan, I know you have always loved the dough since you were able to crawl through ducts and corridors towards the kitchen where Serinka ruled.”

“You knew?”

“I have always known. Serinka – now doubled over with laughter because he can see what you are doing – has told me the moment he knew that I had taken you as my apprentice.”

“Enjoy your cake.”

Obi-Wan listened. ‘Was there an echo?’ “Thanks Serinka for showing me how to bake a cake,” he smiled and started anew on the remains on the spoon and bowl.

I can just believe that sand would even get into the dough!!!

Edit: I was out of town when you wrote the first guess and I didn't see it until now. Nice!

 

Fun story! Perhaps by now Obi-Wan is used to eating a little sand once in a while...

Character: Darth Vader Action: Tossing ewoks Location: Ewok Village

Darth Sidious was with the grumpy pittin in his lap getting quite bored. His apprentice had asked him today – now nine times – if he liked to do some sparring with lightsabers.
But no.
Since the pittin had been brought to the Death Star by a very pleased looking Admiral Veers he liked the pittin. She had become his most trusted friend. She chased away the mice. The critters were always very interested in his cloak. He had even fried whole nests of mice with Force lightning when he discovered them.

Vader had once helped him to destroy a nest. Once. Sidious still shivered. Vader’s lightsaber had come very close to his most cherised part.

“Go and have some fun outside,” Darth Sidious lisped.

“Yes my master,” Darth Vader left in a hurry.

And he really enjoyed his outside fun. Landing in the Ewok Village started the fun. The furry creatures were an easy prey for some Force-lifting. Tossing the Ewoks was hilarious and he stunned one with a bolt of Force-lightning. “I have a new purpose for you,” Vader picked up the Ewok and tossed him in his TIE-fighter.

“Master I am back,” Darth Vader stood before the throne where Sidious was still with the pittin.
Both were snoring hideously.

Darth Vader was about to toss the now waking Ewok on the floor when pittin and Sidious stirred awake.

Shhhsssss. The pittin – hairs all making her a now imposing big fur-ball – leaped to the floor.

The Ewok – now fully awake – wriggled out of Vader’s hold and began to run, followed by the hissing pittin.

Darth Sidious cackled with glee and Force lifted the Ewok. “Ewok tossing, I like it.”

The Ewok flew from Sidious to Vader and back and back and back.

And the pittin?

She tried to catch the Ewok.
